Consider renting our 5 other units for your group retreat! The other units vary in layout: Indigo Meadow at the Ridge is in the same building as this unit. Heights Meadow Ridge, La Dolce Vita, and Anchor Point Condo are in an adjacent building. And in a third building there is Door Way Inn.

This brand-new condo has top-notch amenities: the condo complex amenities include community indoor pool, hot tub, gym, tennis courts, and a kids play area.



Glenlo Vines is located on the upper level of a two-unit building. Please note that guests will need to use stairs to access the home.



All Meadow Ridge Condo amenities (indoor pool, hot tub, tennis court, basketball hoop, etc) are run by the Meadow Ridge Property Management Company. Simple Life Rentals cannot guarantee that these features will be open and available during your stay. The outdoor pool is being repurposed and will no longer be available.



This home is located in a quiet community with neighbors and is geared towards quiet family vacations. Due to the proximity of neighbors and municipal restrictions, we cannot accommodate parties at the property including bachelor or bachelorette parties, reunions, weddings, or other gatherings.



Property is equipped with a decibel and smoking monitoring sensor located inside and outside of the home.



Please be aware that you must sign a terms and conditions agreement, which will be sent to you separately, to finalize your reservation.



Other Things to Note:

Amenity + damage protection waiver includes:

- Bed linens, pillows, blankets, and bathroom towels. (Please bring your own beach towels)

- A starter pack of essentials which includes toilet paper, paper towel, dish soap, dishwasher soap, hand soap, and garbage bags. Due to septic systems, we do not provide facial tissue. One each of travel size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash per full bathroom.

- PEACE OF MIND Damage protection covers up to $1000 per stay for accidental damage that is reported prior to departure (excludes any pet damage).
