The space
Studio apartment recently remodeled. Very nice inside.

The neighborhood does have some challenges however. There have been vagrancy issues nearby. I am an activist in the community and work with other homeowners to mitigate the issues. The grounds of the apartments are very nicely kept. There are many owner residents. Much of the neighborhood is quite nice. However a vacant lot adjacent to the property, not visible from your windows, attracts loitering.
Guest access
The property is listed for sale. You may be asked to allow access for showings. This would always be with a minimum of 24 hours notice. If the property were to go under sales contract, you would have 30 days to vacate and be refunded for unused days at 110% of what you paid, to aid with relocation
Other things to note
This property is only available for 28+ day stays. After booking you will be sent a rental agreement. This must be signed before you arrive. It’s a standard type of rental agreement which covers tenant and owner rights, typical for the city of Portland, including a check in process where you have the opportunity to note any defects when received.
