On the first floor of this stunning home, discover a refined, peaceful interior with tongue-and-groove beamed ceilings, hardwood floors, and natural fiber rugs. In the living space, sink into 2 plush sofas and 2 matching armchairs to unwind with a movie on the 65” Roku-equipped TV. Past the dining table for 8 and dry bar is a gourmet kitchen with a Wolf 6-burner stove, 2 ovens, 2 dishwashers, and a vast breakfast bar for 6. For convenience, hooks, a bench, and cubbies are adjacent to the utility room, which features an extra refrigerator and a stacked washer and dryer. When the warm weather calls, a sitting area, fireplace, TV, and overhead fan on the screened porch encourage lounging in the fresh air.
