The Springcrest Chalet

Located in the mountains just 30 minutes south of Palm Desert this two home property has everything that you need for a wonderful staycation.  The spacious main home has two bedrooms, a full kitchen, living room and dining area.  The second home is located just behind the first and has a living room, full kitchen and upstairs loft. this home has everything from 2 outdoor mountain springs baths, a cold plunge, a hot tub, a spacious outdoor kitchen with a top of the notch grill and corn hole. There are hiking and mountain biking trails that are accessible right from the property. The water in the home is provided by mountain springs and is as fresh as it can get.  Once you arrive, you'll never want or need to leave.  There's a convenience store, just 6 minutes away.  The home is also located in the perfect spot for Coachella and Stagecoach.  Avoid the city traffic and stay right up the hill!  

Additional Policies & Rules
-No outdoor music. Doors must be closed if playing music within the house.
-100% quiet hours outside from 10pm-8am
-No smoking inside home. For fire safety . . . **Please** do not discard cigarettes into the yard!!!
-Renter must be 21+
-Up to 2 dogs are allowed at a $100/stay total fee. Non-refundable once paid
