Step out onto the private balcony and enjoy your meal with panoramic ocean views.

Your master suite offers the ultimate retreat, complete with a king bed with luxury linens, Smart TV, a spacious walk-in closet, and a private spa-style bathroom featuring a double vanity and a stunning floor-to-ceiling tile shower with smart mirror lighting. Best of all, you’ll have direct access to the balcony, where you can sip your morning coffee while watching the sunrise, or unwind with a glass of wine as the sun sets over the water. Keep an eye out for parasailing adventures, sailboats, and even shuttle launches right from your balcony!

Across the hall, the second bedroom includes another king bed with luxury bedding, Smart TV, dresser, and ample closet space. A second modern bathroom features custom tile work and a glass shower door for added elegance.

It’s simple: finish these steps, and you’ll be ready to enjoy your stay!

Before Arrival
Complete your rental agreement and agree to house rules.
Provide ID verification through Know Your Guest.
Choose between a refundable security hold (not a deposit) or a non-refundable damage waiver. If booking through Airbnb, this step may be waived.
Inform us in advance if you’ll need an air mattress.
Early check-in/late check-out may be available with approval ($25 per hour).

🐾 Pet Policy

Not all properties allow pets – please confirm before booking.

For pet-friendly properties:
Dogs only (no cats allowed).
Pet fee: $25 one-time deposit + $10 per pet per night (non-refundable).
Maximum: 2 dogs per stay.
Dogs must stay off furniture, bedding, and blankets (violations: $50 per item or $250 for severe cases).
Dogs must wear an ID tag/rabies tag and collar, stay on a leash, and be cleaned up after.
No aggressive pets allowed.
If pets are brought without paying in advance, the above fees will apply plus a $100 penalty.

House Rules:
No illegal drugs.
No smoking (inside or outside – smoke-free property).
No parties or events.
No loud noise after 10 PM.
Extra guest fee: $10 per person per night.
