Wonderful stay

We loved our stay. The place was very nice and clean people that work there was very nice. Had security walking around all times we was on the 10th floor and got to see dolphins every morning. It was beautiful definitely will be back.

Short Family Trip

Took a short trip with the family; upon arrival checkin was quick and easy. Unit is located on a higher floor across an elevator, but it’s not really to noise since it’s all privately owned. Unit was clean and nicely decorated. The view from the balcony faces the ocean, it’s an incredible vie. Pool area is clean and beach is 15 ft from the pool. Beach is very clean. Would definitely book again

Had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. There were 2 rails on the balcony that were a bit loose, which rattled loudly with the wind. Otherwise, no problems!

Cleanliness

The place did look like the photos, but everything seemed much older in person. The room had an odor. It did not feel clean. There were stains on the bedroom carpet. There were stains on the couch. The sheets seemed clean so at least sleeping felt comfortable. There was no bedding for the pullout couch even though we booked the room for 5 people. Thankfully, the front desk had spare sheets because apparently the housekeeping area was closed for the evening. The bunk beds were very small and definitely not built for teenage boys or adults. My VRBO search was for places rated highly for cleanliness. I have no idea how this place showed up in my search. I was beyond disappointed.

Location was awesome right on the beach. Great views! We loved the pool and the boardwalk.

There are only 2 elevators to get all of the guest un and down. That made for some long waits on the elevator. The check in is at 4p and check out at 10a, for the cost of the rental I felt this is short changing the guest. The couch in the condo was not clean at all, we did not feel comfortable sitting on it let alone the pull out bed. The televisions did not work. I would recommend that unless you are on a bicycle or motorcycle, do not go on the second level for parking, there should be a warning for truck, SUV and frankly any drivers about it. The security guard was a trite annoying as well, told him about an issue and he gave a reply that was not even what I was talking about. It was the first time I have stayed in Gulf Shores and I look forward to doing it again. I also recommend Cottons restaurant...YUM YUM YUM!!!

This was the ideal place to stay for a quick trip to the beach. Service was excellent and room was clean. Not to mention the view! Highly recommend staying here!

Rentor - The suite needed to be updated.

I was very unhappy with the way we were treated on the check-out date. I started two hours before check out to get a cart and elevator. The clean up crew was using one elevator and there was only one more. When the check out time arrived we were still not out of the room and our key would no longer work. My granddaughter and friend walked down to the desk twice and still could not get the key to work. I went down on the 3rd attempt and the lady at the front desk informed me that I had 30 minutes to get out . I thought her attitude was very rude . I would not stay at the All Suites again.

Geneva: I am so sorry for the events that you have noted. Your review will certainly be forwarded to the Property Manager as this is not the way we treat our guests. Knowing the Property Manager as I do, I can assure you she will work to correct these issues. I hope that when you come back to our area, you would give us another chance.

Nice, clean condo

The staff was very nice. The condo was clean and everything we needed. The way the master bedroom door opened to hall and bathroom and the bedroom window view was to that floor's elevator left a slight cramped feeling but it was overall a great stay. :)
