Our family had a great time at the cabin! There was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. We especially loved sitting on the porch and taking in the beautiful view of the smoky mountains. We took advantage of our amenities like the hot tubs, grill and game room. Location was perfect for getting to our activities and Gatlinburg.

We had a wonderful time at Rocky Top Views. The cabin was perfect for our 3 families (2 hot tubs was AMAZING). The views were stunning. The pictures really don’t do them justice. We basically lived on the main floor deck and the rocking chairs were so comfy out there. The kitchen was well stocked and the games/pool table were a hit with the kids. Location was perfect as well. 7 minutes to pigeon forge and 15 to Gatlinburg but still secluded for perfect views and peaceful quiet porch sitting.

It was a nice stay and perfect for our group for two nights, we really enjoyed it. All of us liked the bed sizes, which were very comfortable. One small issue was that the beds made some noise when turning during sleep. The bathrooms were good overall, with enough space and consistent hot and cold water. A few minor things, like some drain issues, seemed slightly worn, but they didn’t affect our stay.The paved driveway was a big plus compared to other rentals we’ve stayed in. The host-company was responsive and replied quickly most of the time. The location was also perfect for our needs.Overall, we had a great experience.

Overall, our stay was okay, but there were a few issues that made it disappointing.The listing photos made the cabin appear much larger and nicer than it actually was. Our assigned door code didn't work, and we had to contact the host for an alternate code.The shower curtain liner was moldy on the main level and the upstairs shower had very low water pressure.The Wi-Fi and ice maker both did not work for the entirety of our stay. We were told multiple times that technicians had been contacted to address these issues, but we were informed they were busy. Unfortunately, no one ever came, and we never received any follow-up or resolution.The host was responsive when we reported the issues, but they were never resolved during our stay. With better maintenance and more accurate listing photos, this cabin could provide a much better experience.

The mountain views from all three decks were absolutely unbelievable! Our very large family stayed at this cabin and had plenty of space to spread out—everyone even had their own bathroom. The host was very responsive whenever we reached out, and we had no issues during our stay.The location was perfect! We were surrounded by nature and even saw a black bear and several raccoons, yet we were less than a five-minute drive to the Pigeon Forge strip and only a few minutes more to Gatlinburg. Truly unbeatable!We loved having two hot tubs and appreciated that the driveway wasn’t steep. There was plenty of parking space for all four of our vehicles right in front of the cabin. The game room was fantastic—our family had a blast playing pool and arcade games.Overall, we had an amazing experience and can’t say enough great things about this cabin!

We arrived with 17 guests with 5 rolls of toilet paper, burned out lights (one leading down the steps into the theater) a dirty dining room table, a dead TV remote, WiFi instructions that did not match and water leaking from the ceiling in the kitchen and water leaking from the Freezer. We of course reported these to the host the night of our arrival. The next morning we left for our day out and returned around 6:00 in the evening. No toilet paper, no batteries and no light bulbs. We had to purchase our own toilet paper. We had to pull batteries from the Roku remote to turn on the TV, put them back in the Roku Remote to select what we wanted and the pull them from the Roku remote and put them back in the TV remote to control the volume. (I know we could control the TV by using the manual buttons on the side, but that is not the point). We had to pull light bulbs from the bathroom vanity to replace dead ones where they were needed.

We rented this cabin over spring break with 10 people including 4 teenagers.Pros: •Amazing views without the terrible drive! Was very easy to get to! • Very spacious for the amount of people we had, it does say it can host 20 people, I believe that would be a little too crowded. • Two hot tubs that seemed well kept. It was nice having two to accommodate our group. Cons: •All the king beds were not very comfortable. Very firm. All the adults had trouble sleeping. • The cabin is “clean” in terms of bedding and heavily used areas, but does need a deep clean and tlc, especially the decks. We had to make sure everyone had shoes on at all times or you would risk getting splinters. • The wifi was spotty and we were unable to get wifi in the two lower levels our first two days making the theater useless. The cabin is owned by a company, they do respond quickly, but since they don’t know the cabin well, it was hard for the totally help. • On the same note of the cabin being owned by Halara, when messaging with them, they respond quickly telling you they will look into something, but twice prior to my stay, they never actually got back in touch with me without me prompting days later. • The rule of only 6 trash bags per stay is insane! I understand that the bins outside are small, but for a group as big as ours, it was impossible to keep it to 6 especially if you have takeout. We had to send trash bags to my SIL’s cabin.

We had 21 in this cabin comfortably. Cabin was exceptionally clean with plenty of parking. Kids loved the game room and theater. It was stocked with all essentials. Host responded quickly and was wonderful to work with. Loved our stay and would definitely stay here again!
