The Lincoln 402 is a fully furnished luxury vacation residence, proudly managed by AdobeStar Properties and located in the Lincoln Tower in the heart of downtown Santa Fe. Designed for guests seeking comfort, elegance, and convenience, this sophisticated retreat places you just steps from the iconic Santa Fe Plaza while offering the peace and privacy of an upscale high-rise residence.

**Please note: As of August 2026, the elevator in the Lincoln Building is undergoing repairs and is non-functional. We are happy to continue to host you, but please keep in mind that access to your unit will be via the set of stairs in the center of the building. We hope to have this completed by mid-November. Located on the fourth floor of Lincoln Tower, this expansive residence captures sweeping views of downtown Santa Fe and the surrounding mountain ranges. The primary suite offers a king bed with a gas fireplace and the en suite master bath is spacious and private, offering double vanity sinks, a soaking tub, and a separate shower with elegant cotton towels. The guest suite is equipped with a king size bed and again, an en suite bath complete with a comfortable walk-in shower and double vanity. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with the latest high-end appliances, well-stocked with cooking utensils, and plenty of counter space for preparing delicious southwest meals. Ten-foot ceilings, hardwood floors, air conditioning, designer cabinetry, granite countertops, custom bathroom tile, private balconies, and a utility room complete with a washer and dryer are just a few of the amenities in store for you at The Lincoln Residence 402.

One parking spot in the lot adjacent to the Lincoln Building is included with your reservation. It is a private off-street lot, and you will receive a parking pass for entry and exit. The lot cannot accommodate oversized vehicles.
