We really enjoyed our stay. Nice spacious villa, great pool and two really nice spaces to sit outside. AC throughout key. Having 3 toilets and 2 bathrooms is perfect too.Situated on a quiet residential street. It is only a 10-15 minute walk to one end of Protaras Avenue. You also have the promenade walk and beaches, literally at the bottom of the road.Hosts were really good and enjoyed speaking with John when he come to clean the pool.

Villa was lovely and clean and as advertised.Only minor issues were we didn’t receive check in details until the day we arrived which is only small but when you fly at 6am in the morning it’s a slight worry we didn’t get the info until we landed in larnaca, 1 hour before we arrived.One lounge aircon unit didn’t work but the 2nd unit in the kitchen area was sufficient to cool the room.

We had a lovely stay at Villa Artemis. The property is in a great spot, close to the sea and a handful of restaurants. I would agree with a previous review that the property isn't 5*. It wasn't particularly clean and is in need of redecoration and basic repairs. There was a strong mouldy smell coming from one of the cupboards where the pans were kept. There were no open gloves or tea towels provided. We bought 3 tea towels and left them behind. We had to chase a change of linen for our second week. This did arrive by the end of the day but was delivered to the opposite villa, again quickly sorted, but it meant we didn't have the correct linen for one of double beds. We made do at this point. Also, no clean towels were provided and a mid-stay clean when staying for 2 weeks would have been welcome. We had a problem with ants on the kitchen counters and in the cupboards. We bought some plastic containers to keep food in so the ants couldn't get to it. They are really tiny ants and were only obvious when we saw them on plates of food ready to be eaten and in boxes of cereal in the cupboard. They were a nuisance around the pool and, although tiny, give an uncomfortable bite which lasts for a while. We found sweeping around the edge of the pool before getting in helped. The pool itself was lovely and private and kept very clean.

The villa was very spacious with great amenities, the kitchen could have done with the dishwasher/washing machine pulled out and floor cleaned in those areas but overall cleanliness was good. Lovely garden with plenty of seating-sunbeds around the pool. Had a fabulous week with the family and would stay again.

Following a recent ten-day vacation, I wholeheartedly endorse this villa. Its location is ideal, providing convenient access to beaches, restaurants, bars, and supermarkets. Communication throughout the booking process, including airport transfers, was exceptional. Despite a two-hour flight delay, our pre-arranged transportation remained readily available. I highly recommend both this company and this property and intend to book it again for a future family holiday.

Perfect location for family vacation!

We spent 2 lovely weeks in Artemis villa in Protaras. Close to very nice beaches with clear waters, in a quiet, family-friendly subdivision. The house was perfectly clean and the service provider 'Spot on Villa Rentals' was efficient when we needed something. I would definitely recommend this villa for rent!

This villa is in a great location a 5 min walk down the road to the sea in a very nice area. 10 min walk from the bus stop or a 20 min walk into Protarus main strip. The pool area is lovely with a nice surround and roman steps, plenty of beds and beautiful foliage for privacy. The villa is spaciousManagement were helpful and dealt with any issues quickly and were super kind on check out, seeing if we needed a later check out. The reason it’s not 5 star is some small suggestions that could be easily put right and make this a really appealing villa. The villa is in need of some maintenance and upkeep. Generally painting and sealing updates in bathrooms. There’s no kitchen sink plug that fits so washing up is difficult. There is a dishwasher but when there’s limited cutlery and cups you need to wash those up. All the pans need replacing and are in poor condition (not uncommon I find in villas as other guests put them in dishwashers). There is a mouldy smell in one of the cupboards from the air con unit attached outside, maybe shut that cupboard off? The upstairs bedrooms get great air con but the upstairs landing and bathroom are almost unbearable as they don’t benefit from it. May be a standing fan on the landing to get the air flow moving? The bathroom also has a sliding door which is so noisy it easily wakes others when someone needs a trip to the loo at night and no lock, maybe some WD40?. All in all we had a great 2 weeks, thank you Katie and team.

Excellent Villa and great value

The Villa was a great size for a family of 5. The Villa was equipped with everything you would expected. The management company were very helpful and were in contact via text message and WhatsApp. They dealt with queries fast and efficiently. I would definitely stay at this villa again in the future.

This accommodation was very good, good beds. Good pool even if the mosaic was a bit dirty. The outdoor environment was good. The only downside was that it was far from the beach and the nearest large grocery store. In addition, we did not find the linen that was supposed to be there for week two.

Fabulous Villa and location

This villa has everything a family could want. The communications from Mr Chavda and his agent, Spot on Villa Rentals was excellent. The villa is spacious and everything worked as it should. Most of our time was spent outside in the lovely pool area. The pool was great, really warm and there were lots of space for sun loungers. There were three areas we could sit and relax and eat and we had lots of fun with the BBQ. The villa is in a quiet residential area which is very nice. It was about 15 minute walk to the strip and Fig Tree Bay. There are also lots of little beaches and closer by just a 5 minute walk from the villa. We really could not find fault at all and can highly recommend. Thank you.

spacious peaceful villa close to protaras strip

Check in was fairly straightforward once the taxi driver had found the property.He was unfamiliar with the area and it was very dark.The villa was nice and spacious and the pool was very well used,particularly given the high temperatures.The gardens were very lush and provided good options for sitting out with shade.Patio furniture was comfortable and modern.The sunloungers would have benefitted from a power washon the cushion pads.Kitchen facilities were good,washing machine was useful for towels and swimwear,and the fridge freezer very efficient.Unfortunately the kitchen units were in need of replacementas there were obvious issues with damp in the cupboards and the kickboards were peeling and unsightly.We didn't cook very much as the damp smell was quite strong,and offputting when it came to using cookware. To make the property worthy of five stars,pool towels would be a bonus in relation to baggage restrictions.Fresh bedlinen would have allowed a change during the stay and better quality bath towels. Wi-Fi connections were very good and there were good options for getting around the island with regular bus services and very reasonable car hire.
