This was a perfect house for our group of 19! It's even more spacious than the photos show and the location makes us want to return....close to coffee, ice cream, boat dock, etc! Hosts were fantastic, answered our questions promptly and were gracious in letting us check out a bit later due to our large number.

We had a great stay! Everything was as described. The only thing was the pictures make it look like it is in the middle of the woods somewhere and that is not accurate. It is right off the main road very near the town. On one side is an apartment building and on the other is a gas station. It was very convenient though because next to the gas station was a candy shop/ice cream shop and next to that was a coffee shop/bar (very cute and trendy). Next to the apartments was another very cute coffee shop and right down from that is a Dollar General. You could walk to all of these from the house, which was great. The host was very responsive to everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this for a large group stay! The house was great and well maintained.

The house was very clean and there was plenty of room for our family gathering. It was also nice to have a place that allowed dogs. The location was perfect because it was close to coffee shops, an ice cream shop, a gas station, a grocery store, a bar, a go-cart park, etc. The check in and check out process was very easy going and the host was very responsive.

Eagles nest is an awesome place to have a good time with your friends. Julie is very responsive and did her best to get us in the cabin early. Couldn’t ask for a better location with the best tiki bar in town right across the street. The outdoor space has plenty of room for games and activities and the sauna was great for recovery. Would absolutely recommend and stay here again.

Spacious home just outside of St Germain. Centrally located near Eagle River, Minocqua, Three Rivers and more. House was big, with 14 nice bedrooms, all of which had tv's, night stand with lamp and a closet nook with a rod for hanging things. Lower level was carpeted with a rec room and wet bar with small fridge. Pool table was nice but has definitely seen better days. Bluetooth sound system was great. Kitchen was well stocked though appliances were pretty old and outdated. Same for the living room furniture. All 5 couches were about 10 years old. Wood fireplace was in need of repair. Two huge dining tables that sat at least 10-12 people. Bedrooms upstairs nice, but two of them face the front and only had sheer curtains on them. We covered the windows with blankets. All bathrooms are on the smaller side except the master, though there are 5 1/2. Nice outside patio, all concrete, with covered area and huge firepit. Big backyard was not kept up very nicely. Biggest downfall outside is the big apartment complex RIGHT NEXT DOOR. If you like a spotlight in your face all night and a view of cars, you'll love the backyard. All in all, the house was nice and fit our needs, but be aware that you are right off a busy highway and not really secluded. Not the northwoods feel at all.The sheer size of the house with 14 bedrooms and 5.5 baths was our group's real draw. Note, lots of businesses are closed in April, it's their down season.

Great property, great location for distance to other things to do in the area. Outside photos a bit misleading. The home is on a main road in the wide open with condos right next door. The check out instructions posted in the house, don't match the instructions on the bedroom doors and don't match the instructions on the app so a bit confusing on expectations as we left and the check in and check out times posted didn't match the cleaner so we arrived with the house not cleaned yet and needed to wait outside for about an hour so they could finish up. House was great, more clear description would be my only recommendation.. That and update some of the basic kitchen supplies. A tiny 5x7 cutting board is not sufficient for a home where you're cooking for 20 (as an example). But we really enjoyed the home, thank you for sharing it with us.
