Welcome to 33 Sea Club, and get ready for an unforgettable beach vacation at this charming little abode! This 2-bedroom 2-bathroom condo unit accommodates 4 guests, has water views from the kitchen, living room, and patio, and is in the perfect location for a beach getaway for you and your loved ones. Soak up some rays down by the pool, then head on down to the beaches of Indian Shores to sink your toes in the beautiful white sands.
Kitchen: Stainless steel refrigerator with in-door ice/water dispenser, dishwasher, microwave, stove/oven, toaster, blender, electric mixer, crock pot, and Keurig coffee maker. Basic dishes and utensils are also provided. Basic spices, cooking oil, and coffee filters and/or pods are not always available.
Dining Area: Glass top dining table with seating for 4.
Living Room: Plenty of seating to lounge and watch TV with a comfortable couch, loveseat, and two sitting chairs. Enjoy a beautiful water view from the comfort of the living room!
Bedroom #1: The master bedroom has a King-size bed, plenty of dresser space, bedside tables with lamps, a wall-mounted TV, a ceiling fan, and an en-suite bathroom.
Bathroom #1 (En-suite): Single vanity sink, toilet, and shower/tub combo.
Bedroom #2: Queen-size bed, recliner with ottoman, luggage rack, wall-mounted TV, bedside lamp, dresser spaceand ceiling fan.
Bathroom #2: Single vanity sink, toilet, and standing shower. No tub.
Laundry Closet: Full-size washer and dryer.
Patio: Outdoor dining table with seating for 4, sitting chair, and ceiling fan.
Storage Closet: Equipped with beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and a beach cart to make getting to the water a breeze!

Important Information
House Rules:
1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises. Violation of this policy will result in a smoke remediation fee ranging from $200-$500 depending on the severity.
2. No parties or events.
3. No pets. Please notify management of any service animals.
4. You are vacationing in a residential area, please be mindful of noise during all hours. Quiet hours start at 10pm and you must adhere to local noise ordinance.
5. Rinse off and return any and all beach equipment at the end of each day. Do not leave equipment out overnight.
Renting Requirement Policy: The guest booking the reservation must occupy the unit for the duration of the stay and is required to be 25 years of age minimum. Adults may not rent a unit for anyone under the age of 25, they must be actively present at the rental unit.
Maximum Guest Occupancy Policy: Adherence to occupancy policies and limits is strictly enforced. The guest count may not exceed the maximum guest occupancy at any point in time, including any pre-approved day guests. These policies are in place for your safety and the protection of the vacation home and the vacation rental industry. Violation of these policies may result in immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all monies paid. Please contact management to request a pre-approval for any day guests. Additional guests that will exceed the maximum occupancy will automatically be denied.
Toiletries: Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels.

Within walking distance, you will find some of the best area restaurants and ice cream shops, as well as beachwear shopping locations. The surrounding local area has some great day trips: Florida Botanical Gardens in Largo featuring holiday lights late Nov-Jan,1st, John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, Tampa Lowry Zoo, Florida Aquarium, Clearwater Aquarium, Sunken Gardens, Dinosaur World, Ellenton Outlet Malls, Children's Museums, enjoy a Tampa Bay Ray's game at Tropicana Field, a Buccaneers Football game in Tampa, or check out some of the pro baseball teams during their local Spring Training, also Disney World, downtown Disney, and other Orlando theme parks are approximately two hours away.
