Close to Dreamland snowmobile trail, we have plenty of room for parking/trailers.

Ample parking for trucks/trailers.
RV hookups (sewer, water, electric) for an additional fee.

Summer-
We have youth kayaks and 2 paddle boards that can be used. Please use life jackets and be safe in and on the water. We are not liable for any injuries that may occur.

Winter -
road access to snowmobile trails. The Dreamland snowmobile trail (open when the lake is frozen) is about 1/4 mile from home. Mt. Ripley ski hill is a 10 minute drive. Mt. Bohemia is a 55 min drive.
-No commercial activities, illegal activities, or subletting are allowed.

-The number of guests must match the reservation. This can be changed up until the day of check-in.

-No visitors without approval—only registered guests may access the property.

-Pets are strictly prohibited—no exceptions. This includes emotional support animals (Incurs a $500 fine).

-No smoking or vaping indoors. Smoking and vaping are allowed outdoors, but guests must clean up after themselves. Cannabis use is prohibited anywhere on the property.

-Late check-outs without prior approval may result in a charge of $35 per hour, as cleaning schedules must be maintained for incoming guests.

-ATV`s & Snowmobiles: Guests must not ride on neighboring private property and should go directly to and from the trails. We value maintaining a good relationship with our neighbors, and guests are expected to respect their property and privacy.

-No Loud music or noises- respect the neighbors.

-No refunds for appliance, hot tub, sauna, or game failures (if applicable). No refunds for internet or power outages.

-Violation of these terms may result in eviction without refund and/or fines.

-Use common sense and respect of neighbors and property.
