Welcome to Westside Nook – Nestled on a quiet, charming street, a perfect blend of tranquility & convenience. This stunning home combines peaceful ambiance with a modernized-vintage aesthetic. Just a 5-minute walk from Spooky Nook Sports. You’re also only a short stroll away from the downtown DORA district. Explore amazing food, boutique shopping, & local entertainment. Miami University is just 15 minutes away, 35 minutes from Cincy & Kings Island, while Kettering Health is a 3 minute drive.

Our living room includes a 3-4 person couch as well as a comfy chair seated around the TV that has access to Hulu, Netflix, Disney+, and Paramount+. There’s a coat hanger and a key bowl as well as a window seat with storage under the lid.

The main floor bedrooms have one queen bed each with soft, comfortable memory foam mattresses and several fluffy pillows. There is a dresser and closet in each room for any storage needs you might have.

The bathroom on the main floor includes a large standing, rain-head shower with a detachable corded sprayer, toilet, and a large vanity with a ring-light mirror! Towels are found in each bedroom and there are wash cloths and hand towels in each bathroom!

The dining room features a large dining table that will comfortably seat 6, with dimmable lighting to set the right mood! The dining room also has a bar cart stocked with wine/champagne glasses and a cocktail mixing set.

Our kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessities you will need! New appliances, a vast array of spices, a Keurig, cooking utensils, etc.

Downstairs, there is a king sized bed with a TV, loaded with the streaming services mentioned above and a retro, classic, mini game console.

Downstairs holds the second full bathroom that includes a shower/tub, toilet and vanity.

Additionally, there is a front load washer and dryer located in the basement if needed.

For parking: there is enough space for two cars directly in front of the house on the street. Please contact me with any parking issues!

House Rules:

1. NO SMOKING inside of the house, at all.

2. No additional Guests without prior authorization. If we find out that you violated this rule, there will be an $80 per extra person, per night.

3. Report any damages and/or breakages in a timely manner. Guests may be charged for unreported damages.

4. DO NOT flush anything other than toilet paper down toilets.

5. NO grease down any drains..

6. House is lightly stocked with toilet paper, paper towels, soap, trash bags, etc. Should you need more of these items during your stay, it is your responsibility to restock these items for your own personal use.

7. Please do not eat or drink in bedrooms.

8. Please do not move around any furniture, dining chairs may be used for extra seating in living room or covered patio.

9. There are no quiet hours in place, but please be mindful of neighbors.


Extras:

*House is lightly stocked with toilet paper, paper towels, soap, trash bags, etc. Should you need more of these items during your stay, it is your responsibility to restock these items for your own personal use.

*House is equipped with a front door Ring camera that is always recording. And is an easy way to reach us in emergencies.

*Smart TV's in living room and basement have HULU, Disney+, Netflix, and Paramount+ available for streaming.

*TV in living room has sound bar you may use for playing music on your phone, watching movies on TV, etc.


Checkout Instructions:
*Checkout is no later than 10am.
*Take trash and recycling out to designated receptacles on the back patio and resupply trash cans with new bags (small and large bags are located under kitchen sink). Trash can is located in back alley away behind a locked gate, please set full trash bags inside of covered porch and the cleaning crew will take it to the trash can. The recycling is located right outside of the door of the back covered patio.
*Please strip all bed linens and place them in front of the bed on the floor.
*Please place all used dishes in dishwasher.
*Please place all used towels in front of washer on floor.
*Lock back doors and close side gate if used.
*Lock any windows that are opened.
*Front door is set to automatically re-lock shortly after unlocking with PIN. When exiting, make sure door is pulled tightly against jam or lock will not properly set.
