Dieses wunderschön eingerichtete drei Schlafzimmer und zwei Badezimmer Wochenende hat einen einzigartigen Rundum-Balkon, die Ihren Blick auf den Strand und das Wasser steigt. Es gibt neue Betten und neue Teppich in der gesamten Einheit. Ihr Wohnbereich bietet viel Sitzgelegenheiten, wo man miteinander knüpfen können, und profitieren Sie von einem Flachbild-Fernseher, DVD-Player und eine Stereoanlage. Die voll ausgestattete Küche verfügt über alle Geräte und kulinarische Geräte für die Zubereitung von Mahlzeiten benötigt. Sitzmöglichkeiten für den Austausch von Mahlzeiten umfassen drei Hockern an der Theke, sechs Stühlen in einem schönen Holz Esstisch, vier Stühle an einem Tisch auf dem Balkon, sowie zwei Stühlen und einem Bistrotisch auf dem Balkon vor dem Schlafzimmer-Suite . Spring Break

Everything was nice and we enjoy the Phoenix facilities. The condo was clean. The carpet did have some stains but overall we enjoyed everything.

Great place!

We loved the place and location! The only complaint I had was they are ridiculously strict on check in time. Knowing the room was ready, they would NOT let you check in even 15 min before 5pm. Other than that, we had a great time!

Beautiful views!

Loved this place and hope to come back. The condo was as described and the views were the best! Check in was easy and loved that there were only a few condos on our floor. I only took off a star bc there was a constant drilling noise due to construction on the roof of the condo. It only really bothered us in the early mornings. Overall, I would highly recommend!

Lovely location. Fun trip for all of us.

I only have two suggestions that would make it better. The wifi was spotty and didn’t cover the whole condo. I reported it 3 or more times. No resolution. The other issue is the master bedroom carpeting. It was filthy. I recommend wood/ vinyl flooring or replace carpet. We had a fun time and would go back if those issues were resolved.

misleading ad about one night free

During the reservation/booking process, I did not get any real answer to my question of how the one night free that was advertised was calculated. The person taking my reservation said she could not give me an explanation and referred me to a booking manager. I tried to call and did not get an answer. Aside from that frustrating experience, we were very satisfied with the property and our stay.

Phoenix II

Great location, great property, great balcony. We enjoyed our stay very much and the condo was great for our family trip! The only downside was that check in was disappointing. On our arrival day we received a text at 1:00 pm and two emails stating our room was ready and we could go ahead and check in. Because of this we rushed ourselves only to find out when we arrived that there is a glitch in the system and the room would not be ready for another 4 hours. That part was extremely frustrating. The only other part is the wifi isn’t very good at all in the unit. It was fine for adults but if traveling with teens or children who use wifi to play games and watch movies, this won’t be good for you. Everyone needs wifi these days to look up dining, directions, basically everything so the lack of strong wifi was the only downside to the property.

Wonderful week

We took our granddaughters away for spring break and truly had a great time in this condo. It was so nicely furnished, comfortable and the view was fabulous! The staff was so nice and accommodating on check in and checking out. We have never been to the Alabama beaches before but it will now be our go to beach as they were so clean and the water was beautiful. The beach service was also great!

We really enjoyed our time at this Condo. The condo was nicely furnished and had a well stocked kitchen with newer supplies. The bathrooms are a little small but we managed and the shower in the Master bath was very nice. It was so convenient to the pool and the beach. Just a great place for a beach get away.

Adequate but not great. poor view of fireworks

Condo itself was nicely decorated. The tub did not drain well at all and would be ankle deep with water from the last persons shower for almost an hour. We didn't want to miss out on beach time to wait on handyman to work on drain, but I'm sure they would have sent someone etc. Website said great view of fireworks from balcony,,,,, yes, a very very distant view of turquoise and gulf park pier fireworks. The fireworks viewing was very disappointing and in my opinion exaggerated and misrepresented. Phoenix east 2 was where we stayed. Over all nice but there are many just as nice. Don't go there for fireworks viewing !!

I am happy you enjoyed the condo. I wish you would have called the service desk to correct the drain problem as you do not need to remain in the condo for repairs to be made. And unfortunately, you missed a terrific fireworks display right next door by only a day. The resort chose to celebrate on July 2. Despite this issue, we hope you left our area with plenty of family memories to last a long, long time.

Great location and great experience

Our stay at PE2-2081 was a great experience. The place was clean and very accommodating for our entire family. The location was spectacular and literally steps away from the beach. We loved the beach and the indoor/outdoor pools and having access to the BBQ grills were a plus. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful and check-in/out was a breeze. No complaints. We would recommend this place to everyone.

Love the property it's the BR management of the property I could do without!

Loved the property. Have rented through Brett/Robinsin several times however the fees being attached to the rentals are ridiculous and getting out of control. Between the handling fees, the BR fees, the cleaning fee (over $200!), and then the VRBO fee...rediculous! Would only use VRBO if unit was truly VRBO and not one that uses real estate group to manage.

Great Location

Had a wonderful time. The location was great! Close to several good restaurants and the view was wonderful. Condo was well equipped with all the items we needed. Easy check-in & check-out. We did not have any problems and had a great week for Thanksgiving.
