Only 50 yards from Silver Lake, this Mears cottage has 3 inviting bedrooms with queen beds. The cozy second living room also offers 1 full bed for extra sleeping space. The private lake access with docking privileges is in the shared association lot that is just beyond the front yard of the cottage.

Outside there is a BBQ grill and Blackstone, large table and chairs for eating outside, and a front porch furnished with patio furniture. The driveway can hold 4 cars and 2 trailers (please check with us on the size of your 'toy' trailer).

We are within walking distance of Mac Wood Dune Rides and Whippy Dip! The house is two miles from the downtown area where you can enjoy things such as Chicken Shake and live music, many other restaurants, Craig Cruisers, watercraft rentals, Jeep/Quad/Buggy rentals, and shopping. We are also a few short minutes away from Little Sable Point where you can catch some of the best sunsets.
