Dieses einladende und einladende Haus ist sauber, gepflegt und wunderschön eingerichtet. Sie werden das Gefühl haben, in einem anderen Zuhause zu sein. Wir haben eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit allen Annehmlichkeiten, um Ihre eigenen Mahlzeiten zuzubereiten. Das Haus hatte auch einige Spiele, viele Bücher und viele kinderfreundliche Filme.

Dieses schöne, geräumige Strandhaus mit 4 Schlafzimmern und 3 Bädern liegt in einer Fußgängerzone direkt am Wasser und bietet Platz für 16 Personen auf dem Bett sowie 4 Babybetten für zusätzliche Schlafkapazitäten. Nachdem der Hurrikan den meisten Fußgängerstrand ausgewaschen hat, sind wir eines der wenigen Häuser am Strand, die noch über einen eigenen Hausstrand verfügen, so dass unsere Gäste den Fußgängerstrand direkt vor dem Haus genießen können. Lehnen Sie sich einfach zurück und entspannen Sie sich Beobachten Sie Kinder beim Spielen am Strand, während Sie den spektakulären Meerblick genießen. An unserem Privatstrand ist kein Verkehr erlaubt und Kinder sind sicher. Dieses geräumige Haus am Strand liegt nur wenige Gehminuten vom Highway 332 und dem Blue Water Highway entfernt, wo Sie das Restaurant, einen Supermarkt, Geschäfte usw. finden.

Ihr Tag beginnt mit einer frischen Tasse Kaffee auf dem Vorderdeck, während Sie den Sonnenaufgang beobachten. Tagsüber haben Sie den ganzen Tag Spaß am Strand: Schwimmen, Muscheln pflücken und Sandburg bauen. Am Ende des Tages können Sie sich mit einem Drink zurücklehnen und die Meeresbrise genießen, den Wellen lauschen und beobachten, wie die Sonne über dem Meer untergeht. Am Abend beschlossen einige, am Strand spazieren zu gehen und sich zu unterhalten, während andere beschlossen, sich mit Brettspielen zu vergnügen oder sich auf Sofas zu entspannen und einen Film anzusehen.

Seit Anfang 2017 haben wir viele Verbesserungen an dieser Immobilie vorgenommen: ein neues Sofa, eine neue Duschmatte und ein neuer Vorhang sowie neue Handtücher wurden aufgefüllt, ein neuer Kopf und eine neue Spülmaschine, eine neue Waschmaschine und ein neuer Trockner, ein zweiter Kühlschrank Wohnzimmer für große Gruppen, sowie einige neue Farben und Dekorationen. Neue Betten (Bettdecken und Bettlaken) sind seit März 2018 für alle Betten verfügbar. Seit 2018 wird ein neuer Luftkompressor für die zentrale Klimaanlage installiert. Neuer Boden im Stall Anfang 2019. Seit April 2019 ist ein neues Wasserfiltersystem für die gesamte Wasserversorgung im Haushalt installiert. Surfside Strandwasserversorgung aus Brunnenwasser, es schmeckt normalerweise wenig salzig als normales Leitungswasser und hat eine mit Eisen angereicherte hellgelbe Farbe. Wir haben beschlossen, den Wasserfilter für die gesamte Haushaltswasserversorgung zu installieren, damit unser Hausgast das Wasser als frisches Leitungswasser trinken kann. Jedes Jahr ab Frühjahr neue Liegen auf dem Vorderdeck. Wir werden weiterhin unsere Eigenschaften beibehalten, um unseren Gästen eine bessere und bequemere Umgebung zu bieten.

Jedes Schlafzimmer ist mit Kissen, Kissenbezügen, Bettdecken, Betttüchern, Decken und Bettdecken ausgestattet. Handtücher, Handtücher werden gestellt. Die Bettwäsche wird kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt. Denken Sie jedoch daran, sie bei Ihrer Abreise zu waschen, um die saubere Bettwäsche für den nächsten Gast zu hinterlassen. BITTE NEHMEN SIE DIE WÄSCHE NICHT ZUM STRAND.

Das Haus ist mit Direktfernsehen mit mehr als 200 Kanälen sowie einem lokalen Programm und einem DVR mit einer Dauer von bis zu 100 Stunden ausgestattet, sodass Sie Ihre Lieblingsfernsehshow aufnehmen können, während Sie Spaß am Strand haben!

Fun, family, food...what else do you need?

The house is roomy and had plenty of beds. We cooked most of our meals and the kitchen was very well stocked. We literally could not have been closer to the water. Because of some weather damage, there was a work crew there that were polite, friendly and did what the needed to do. We had to call once for a leak and they were back soon and took care of it immediately. We would definitely like to come again.

Spacious beachfront home

4 families stayed in this spacious waterfront home. Unfortunately we arrived at the tail end of hurricane weather so the beach out front was completely under water but we didn’t let that deter us from having an amazing time. We walked a few houses down each day where the water wasn’t quite as high but now we know that booking a house ON the beach does run the risk of high tides. Jennifer was so communicative and helpful, especially with the drama of trying to get to the area when everything was basically flooded. She even offered to put us up at a different house the first night until the waters came down which we considered but ultimately decided to stick with this house which was a good call. The house wasn’t cleaned when we got there but again, this was after pretty bad storms and there was some storm damage keeping people out of the area. Jennifer refunded our cleaning fees and we straightened up as best as we could. I wish there was more lounge-like furniture on the patio (the house we stayed at last year had lots of sectional couch patio furniture so I think we were spoiled by that). The spacious kitchen was great since we cook so much and everyone enjoyed the pool table. This area has lots to do, from the pedestrian beach to the live music at Sharkies which is walking distance. We drove out to the jetty one evening which was really cool to walk down. If you’re looking for a family friendly getaway with lots to do then this is the area for you!

We had to emergency evacuate in a rush a day early because of the flooding from Alberto. Up to that point it was great. This is the second time I've stayed in this house and I hope there wasnt any damage after we fled because I would love to stay again. The house was clean and ready to go when we got there and everything worked as it should. We hated having to leave in such a rush but weather was out of anyones control. Even with the high tide (it was up under the house) and being unable to swim we enjoyed the house. We played pool, watched movies and played cards. Its nice just being that close to the ocean.

Pros: Location, easy communication with owner, two full size refrigerator/freezers, spacious home, large street trash cans available Cons: well worn kitchen bakeware, pans, table, chairs and outside decking. Our group of 7 adults and 3 kids absolutely loved it and would rent again. Bring lots of suntan lotion and mosquito spray. We encountered jelly fish stings and vinegar worked best. Brought gallons and cases of drinking water for cooking and drinking but did not notice and taste/odor/color issues with tap water. Brought head lamps and nets so little one could catch ghost crabs on the beach at night. No glass allowed on beach. You can hear the waves at night even with windows closed. Folks camped on beach out front during day; not sure if from the neighborhood behind or bleed over from public beach. If you plan to set up pop up or chairs on the beach do so early to claim your space. Two loungers were available under home. Boogie boards available in storage; cracked so you may wish to bring your own. Nothing edible (not even spices) available. No bath or hair soap. Brought paper towels, extra toilet paper, kitchen trash bags and dryer sheets. Clothes & dish soap is provided. We precooked, froze & brought several meals, disposable plates, cups, bowls, serving ware, aluminum foil, parchment paper, charcoal, lighter fluid and it worked out well (and much, much cheaper) to buy food/drinks at home and bring with you. Plan ahead.

Perfect location for us!

We love the location, close to the stores so you can easily walk or ride a golf cart to them. We go to Surfside every year, and always try to secure this house! Host is very responsive. Remodel looks FAB!!! Teenagers love the pool table!

Awesome Location!

Location was the best part of this home. The home is nice but could be better cleaned because we encountered some roaches. It is nicely decorated but definitely needs better furniture. One of the beds was broken and our guest fell through the bed when he laid down. There are bunk beds in that same room so it was no biggie I guess. Communication was great which is always a good thing. Pool table is a nice addition to the home.

We enjoyed the house… the location was perfect. We really appreciated the big kitchen and extra fridge. My only critique was that the VRBO listing showed a few extra photos that were not the actual house that we were staying in. The house was more than adequate for our stay…. Just that my husband had expectations based off of the pictures.

Almost Awesome

This place has SO much potential. Best way for me to explain is a pros & cons list. Pros: - LOCATION! Can’t be beat. Literally step off the porch to the ocean. This made the whole trip worth it. - Beach is very clean and smooth. - Pool table and poker set kept us entertained every night. Big plus. - 3 bathrooms is nice. - Lots of cookware provided! - Plenty of room to spread out. - Loved that we were able to have our dogs with us. - Obvious improvements have been made, and appreciated. Cons: - Furniture throughout is really not good. Mattresses are thin and metal bed frames are very creaky. Couches in living room are cheap and not comfortable for lounging. Bar stools are flimsy. One was already broken. I’m sure furniture gets used and abused in rental properties, but oof this was a struggle. - Multiple lamps were old and broken and couldn’t be turned on. - We struggled with internet and TV’s all week. There was an outage for a couple days that couldn’t be helped, but even after it came back on, none of the bedroom TV’s ever worked. Host wanted us to call Dish to get it fixed. - Hot water only lasts for about 10 minutes, so we had to space out showers. It worked for 4 of us, but if you had more people that would be frustrating. - It was tricky hauling luggage up all the steps without a handrail. All in all, we had a good time, and the location makes the cons worth it. It’s so close to being the perfect place to stay. A few more improvements and it would be there!

College Graduation Trip

As compared to other VRBO properties we’ve stayed at, I would classify the property as adequate, not luxurious. The TV in the master bedroom was not connected to the Internet so it was unusable. When I tried to read in bed, the switch on the bedside lamp was broken so I could not turn it on. The drinking water issues should have been noted in the original posting, not communicated after the reservation was made.

The view from the balcony is absolutely beautiful. The weather was nice. The walk on the beach was so relaxing. The home was comfortable. The layout of the home is spacious. The sights and sounds were what we were there for. The waves lulled us to sleep. The only negatives at the time of our stay was the living room needs a recliner, it’s not an area that you could lounge comfortably at night when you are winding down for the night the furniture is nice but it could be more relaxing furniture.The stove burners do not heat very well it took forever to scramble eggs. There is noise that comes from the second refrigerator, but it’s more noticeable at night it is a knocking sound that comes and goes all night. The outside stairs the ones that lead to the sand needs handrails. My husband had a hip replacement so the recliner and the railing was needed. He was using a walker at the time. The hand rails needs to be up to code. The owners did put in the contract that the thermostat for summer should not be below 80 degrees and winter shouldn’t be above 60 degrees. This was not an issue do to the time of year that we were there. But in cold winter and hot Texas summers that would be a major issue for us. I do want to say to the owners we enjoyed our stay. Thank you for graciously opening it up to strangers,you never know who you might get.We did take care of your beautiful home. We were careful with your home and made special memories. Thank you so much.

Thanksgiving get away

My family’s n I enjoy this place. U can’t get any closed to the water then this. The beach at our door step. When it at high tide the water at the bottom of the balcony. We didn’t catch any fish but we catch a beautiful view.

Perfect location!

Spacious house in the perfect spot! While it could use some updates and more hand rails, the amount of rooms and bathrooms plus the ability to walk literally onto the sand and water from the deck, more than makes up for it. Host was accommodating and responsive!

This is a great place for families! We love that the property was on the beach, great for our kids. The property owner was very responsive. Will definitely go back again.

113 Beach Drive.

The house was nice and clean. The beds were a little hard. And bbq pit was not the same as the one in the picture. Overall the vacation was great. Everyone had a great time.
