We’re truly sorry that your bachelorette weekend included unexpected issues. We know how disappointing it is when something outside of anyone’s control impacts a special trip. When the air conditioning wasn’t cooling properly, we immediately began troubleshooting and worked to restore it as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, that same evening the entire city block experienced a power outage, which affected not only our property but the surrounding businesses and residences as well. While we couldn’t restore utility service ourselves, we remained available and worked to help however we could. Because it became clear you were understandably frustrated with the situation, we offered the option to relocate with a full refund so you could stay somewhere with power if that felt like the best solution. After power was restored and the issue was resolved, we also extended a courtesy refund for the inconvenience. Regarding the phone conversation, we’re disappointed that it left you feeling disrespected, as that is never our intention. The call involved several people speaking at once during a stressful situation, and while emotions were understandably high, our goal was to find the best solution available. We also want to clarify that the call was not intentionally ended; the phone disconnected, and we returned the call as soon as we were able.
