Great complex & condo

Did hotel booking online but had to call rental company Brett Robinson a couple of time and each time I called they were very nice and helpful especially the one person I talked to a couple of time Cora . The process was very easy and non stressful

Wonderful

The property was clean with the exception of some cooking utensils. The property manager was quick to respond to questions. The view from the balcony was beautiful.

A few things to take note of

Hello, We had a wonderful time and the condo was very nice and clean. A few things to take note of: the 2 front rooms need black out currents, the hall light (that never goes off) shines through the blinds, we had some trouble sleeping. Also the sewer gases would come up through the kitchen and bar sinks. This may be a beach thing that can't be solved. IDK? And 1 last thing, in the front bedroom with the full/queen bed, we could hear a drip sound above the bathroom, we wanted you to know in case the unit above is leaking and could cause possible damage. We couldn't see anything just hear it. But man, o man we would stay there again! Loved it! Thank you!

While it may be a common occurrence in beach areas, it's still something that should be addressed to ensure a comfortable stay. Dripping sound: I appreciate you letting us know about the dripping sound above the bathroom in the front bedroom. It's essential to investigate if there's a potential leak from the unit above to prevent any possible damage.
