Our quiet townhome features 3 spacious bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and a loft area. The first floor features a bright and airy open-concept layout with a guest half-bath, dining area, open kitchen and coffee bar. The sunny, private, enclosed sunporch off the kitchen is a perfect spot to sip your morning coffee or unwind in the evening. The primary suite is a true retreat, complete with an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, ample closet space and even a workspace, if needed. Upstairs you will find a loft space to enjoy arcade games, board games or a quiet puzzle. Two additional generously sized bedrooms are found upstasirs, each with their own bathroom. A queen bed ensuite, with a desk/workstation and an additional room with 2 twin beds and a large walk-in closet and full bathroom next door.
A private patio with gas grill and fire pit provides an additional space to relax and unwind.
In the attached garage guests will find beach chairs, beach cart with beach and pool accessories, beach umbrella and a cooler. Two cruiser bikes are available for use (helmets must be used at all times).
The townhome is conveniently located to many attractions in the area: TPC Myrtle Beach is a short 5 minute walk, the Marsh Walk, beaches of Huntington Beach State Park and Garden City are all close by (under 5 miles), as well as Brookgreen Gardens. Grocery, gas, food and pharmacy are within walking distance.
Murrells Inlet is a short drive from Myrtle Beach and all that it offers. In addition to staying at TPC Myrtle Beach, golfers will find the location convenient to a wide selection of the many golf courses in the area.
IMPORTANT NOTE: This home is located within a quiet neighborhood community governed by an HOA. There are rules pertaining to noise, parking, pool use etc that residents and guests must follow. Booking our property requires guests to be familiar with and follow the rules. If you have any questions, please let us know prior to booking your stay.
General Rules:
The home is in a quiet residential neighborhood community governed by an HOA. Guests must review the rules pertaining to the property and violating the rules may result in fees or cancelation of unused portion of the stay.
1) All guests must be registered on the reservation for use of the property and community resources. Having unapproved guests will result in cancelation of the remainder of the rental stay without refund. Primary guest must be at least 25 years of age.
2) Quiet hours are from 11pm to 7am, both inside and outdoors. Please be respectful of neighbors when relaxing on the porch or patio, or arriving home late in the evening. Guests must not make excessive noise or otherwise disturb the neighbors at any time.
3) No smoking, vaping or drug use permitted on the property, including patio and yard areas.
4) Absolutely no pets. Sneaking in a prohibited pet will result in a fee and cancelation of the stay without a refund.
5) Children are to be supervised by a responsible adult at all times indoors or outdoors on the community property. Skateboard, skates and rollerblades are not permitted.
6) No clothing, swimwear or towels are to be hung to dry outdoors on patio or porch, or in sunroom. No wet clothing on furniture. Wet clothing may be hung in the bathrooms or laundry room.
7) Fireworks are prohibited.
8) ALL household trash must be bagged and brought to the bins at the Community Pool. ABSOLUTELY NO trash is to be placed in the receptacles in the garage.
9) Use of the grill, firepit, bicycles and beach gear is 'at your own risk'. The hosts are not responsible for accidents or injuries related to their use. Helmets are provided and required when using bikes. Please use grill responsibly and keep grill 5 feet from the building and be cleaned after use. Propane availability cannot be guaranteed. Guests who purchase propane will be reimbursed with a photo of the purchase receipt.
10) Parking is available for one vehicle in the driveway. An additional parking space is available at the pool. Do not park on grass and take care to not obstruct neighbors' driveways. No commercial vehicles or 'wrapped' vehicles permitted on property.
11) Association rules prohibit trailers (including motorcycle trailers), campers, boats, and mobile homes on the grounds. Motorcycles must be garaged when not in use; please inquire regarding garage availability. Overnight parking of commercial vehicles is not permitted (no business labels or wrapped cars).
12) Bikes and beach gear must not be left outside overnight.
13) Our home relies on technology for accessibility and efficiency. Tampering/disabling anything in the home will result in reconnection fees and may result in cancelation of the remaining stay without refund.
14) Use of pool and pool pass is limited to the registered guests. Guests must follow all posted rules for pool use.
Proof of age will be required after booking.
POOL
- The pool is closed in the colder months, typically between November and March.
- Pool hours are 9am to 10pm.
- The pool may be used by registered guests only
- The pool pass must be used to access pool and is found in the kitchen. Pool pass must be returned to kitchen at checkout to avoid a replacement fee
Guests must follow all posted pool rules.
BEACH / PARK PASS:
A SC State Park Pass is provided for guest use and can be used at Huntington Beach Park for free entry. Please return the Park Pass to kitchen at checkout to avoide a replacement fee.
