Step into your own private sanctuary! Soak up the sun by the large private pool, relax in the spacious gazebo, or fire up the Traeger grill for al fresco dining (just bring your own wood pellets). Beautiful French doors from the primary bedroom, twin room, and living area create a seamless indoor-outdoor flow to the gardens, where you can pick fresh herbs and seasonal fruits. To embrace the property’s organic, nature-inspired design, please note that the pool is open seasonally for the summer and shares its space with local wildlife like birds and ducks. While it is fully chlorinated for a clean swim, the surrounding nature means leaves or natural elements may occasionally drift in (a handy skimmer is provided to keep things pristine).

Parking is easy with a private driveway and ample street options. Walk to the nearby light rail, and take advantage of 110/220 power with RV hookups out front.

The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook like a pro, from cookware and bakeware to stylish dishware. Start your mornings with the kuerig coffee maker, complete with a generous supply of complimentary coffee. Please note that we do not have a traditional oven, but we do have a cooktop, a microwave, and a 7-in-1 convection toaster oven that can air fry, bake, toast, broil, dehydrate, and warm.

PARTIES: Parties are not allowed. A small number of day visitors are allowed, but prior notice must be given to the host.

POOL: Our pool is open from April 29th to September 29th for the season.

AC: Please know that our home runs on an evaporative cooler, that is effective and comfortable. This is a common cooling method in Colorado. Our home does not have a central AC system.

SERVICES: Once a week, our team will stop by to take out the trash. They won’t enter the home. You might also see snow removal in winter or lawn and pool care in summer. These visits may or may not fall during your stay.

SECURITY CAMERAS: installed outside the property monitoring the front door and backyard. There are no cameras inside the property

NO SMOKING: Smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $500.

CHILD PROOFING: While some childproofing measures have been taken, the property is not completely childproof. Guests acknowledge and accept responsibility for any risks to children or infants while they are on the premises.
