Early check-in requests are subject to availability. Unauthorized late check-outs will incur a fee starting at $100 USD, increasing hourly depending on the delay.



2. No Parties or Gatherings

Parties, events, or large gatherings are strictly prohibited. Violations may result in fines up to $500 USD and immediate removal without refund.



3. Noise Policy

No loud music, excessive noise, or disruptive behavior is permitted at any time. Please respect neighbors and maintain a peaceful environment.



4. Smoking Policy

Smoking, vaping, and e-cigarettes are strictly prohibited inside the property. Violations may result in fines up to $500 USD.



5. Pet Policy

Pets are only allowed with prior authorization. Unauthorized pets will incur a $250 USD fee.



6. Visitors & Occupancy

Only guests included in the reservation are allowed overnight. Children count as guests and must be included in the reservation. Visitors are not allowed unless approved prior to booking. Violations will result in a $200 USD penalty per person, per night.

Guests are responsible for any missing or damaged items. Charges will be twice the replacement value, for damaged or stained items, including towels and linens.

9. Trash & Recycling

Please dispose of trash in designated bins only. Failure to follow building or city trash guidelines may result in additional fees.



10. Package Deliveries

Package deliveries are permitted; however, the Host is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages.

Nice, clean apartment conveniently located a short drive from lower Manhattan. This was the perfect location to accommodate our family of 6 during a short visit to New York. Common bathroom supplies were available, the 2 bedrooms and the sofa-bed in the living room were really clean and comfortable, and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed during our stay. The apartment has a nice balcony in the back where you can relax after a long day; there's a big supermarket almost across the street, and the bus stop is right at the corner. Parking in the street was available for every day of our stay, although you must switch the parking side per the city's ordinances. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely book again!

The host did not give us codes to enter the building until we had called VRBO customer services, and they had to try him 2-3 times before reaching. The battery was dead in the door lock and the host never responded to that complaint so my husband had to go buy batteries and figure out how to fix it. The listing says it sleeps 8. 3 of my kids slept in pillowcases and bed sheets because there were no extra blankets. We had 8 people and two of them had to sleep on the floor. The windows do not lock. After the first day there was no hot water at all. The owner did respond to this complaint but did not fix it and we took freezing showers for two days. The subway ride is actually an hour fromThis location into most NYC sites so we took Lyft and it cost about 40 each time.
