This 3-bedroom, one-story Ranch-style home is conveniently located within a short walking distance to the historic Main Street and the community that Hayward, WI is famous for.Â
This home is situated on .33 acres in a quiet neighborhood with access to Lake Hayward, which is part of the Namekagon River and the St. Croix National Scenic Riverway. The private driveway allows parking for up to 4 vehicles.
The dining room's sliding glass door leads out to a large front deck that features a BBQ gas grill, a table with chairs, a propane fireplace, and a beautiful view.  The front yard overlooks a bay that provides a haven to abundant wildlife and a freshwater ecosystem habitat of a diverse variety of bird and animal species.Â
A dock is provided for access by canoe, kayak, or other small watercraft. Although the property does not offer a swimming beach, Lake Hayward has a beautiful public beach and boat landing only 4 minutes by car. The Hayward City Beach Park features a playground, public restrooms, an ADA fishing dock, a boat landing, and a picnic area.Â
The Master Bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, large closet, dresser, seating, 47" Smart TV, Electric Fireplace, and an en suite bathroom equipped with a large jetted bathtub/shower for your ultimate relaxation at the end of the day.Â
The second bedroom hosts a queen bed, closet, seating, and 47" Smart TV, with a full bath across the hall.Â
The third bedroom boasts a sturdy twin bunk bed and an additional single twin bed.Â
All mattresses and pillows have protective covers, and all bedding is thoroughly cleaned between visitors.Â
A laundry room with a full-size washer and is provided for your personal use. Also included is a fold-down ironing board and iron.
The large open-concept living room has plenty of seating for large groups and includes a full-size sofa bed, for an additional sleeping option.Â
The second full bathroom is conveniently located in the middle of the home and includes a tub/shower, toilet, and sink.Â
Both bathrooms and the kitchen have the added benefit of a skylight, which provides natural light throughout the day and the moon and stars to light your way during the night.Â
A fully stocked kitchen with all of the essential conveniences of your home includes a gas range, microwave, air fryer, coffee maker, electric and stove top teapots, toaster, blender, counter-top ice maker, large two-compartment sink, double compartment dishwasher, refrigerator with ice-maker and water dispenser, center island, and plenty of counter space with three stool seating. The cabinets hold service for up to 10 people including dishes, silverware, glasses, cups, bowls, pots, pans, dish rags/towels, hot pads, BBQ utensils, and several other items that would be found in a kitchen at home.Â
The kitchen transitions into the dining area which features an oak table, which seats 8-10. The open-concept kitchen/dining area overlooks the deck, yard, and lake providing beautiful views of our sunrises, sunsets, northern lights, wildlife, and waterfowl.
