It has been Completely Remodeled and furnished with Comfort in Mind to be your Home Away from Home! Beautiful & Fun Interior with New Furnishings and a Fully Stocked Kitchen! On-Site Parking. Privacy Fenced Back Yard with a Grill and Outdoor Sitting Area! Furbabies Welcome!!

Mid City Bungalow "A" is the Perfect Home Base for Exploring the National Park and All of Hot Springs Attractions!

The Living Room features a Leather Sofa, 2 Lounge Chairs, a 55" Smart TV, and Tons of Games for Entertainment. The Dining Table Seats 4 and the Sideboard has a Record Player so you can Dine to some Old School Tunes!

Cook Up your Favorite Meal in the Well-Equipped Kitchen using the Gas Range or Oven (with Built-In Air Fryer). The Dishwasher is Compact, but it does the job so you don't have to! The Full-Size Refrigerator includes an Ice Maker. You should have Every Cooking Gadget you Need to Make just about Anything! Complimentary Spices, Oil, and Cooking Spray are provided. The Coffee Maker is a Keurig Duo - Coffee, Creamer & Sweeteners are also provided. The Breakfast Table seats 2 and your Furr Babies will Love their Fun Little Breakfast Area!

The Full Size Washer and Dryer are also in the Kitchen and available for your use.

Both Bedrooms feature a King Size Bed, Bedside Tables, Reading Lamps, a Smart TV and Closet Storage. They each have a Mini Split so you can Control the Temperature of Each Bedroom! Charging Stations, Noise Machines and Portable Fans are also provided.

The Bathroom is located in the Hallway and Central to Both Bedrooms. It features a Cast Iron Tub with a Tile Surround. Toiletries are provided.

The Backyard is a Great Spot to Relax and let your Pups Run! It features a Propane Grill, a Patio Table & Chairs and String Lights! Enjoy Mornings with Coffee, or Evenings Relaxing after a Full Day!

The entire duplex bungalow is yours for your stay. The back yard is privately fenced, perfect for your fur babies!

The driveway is behind the bungalow. You will park in the driveway and come through the gate for Side A into the back yard to enter the home from the side door.
