With a total of 3 queen beds, 1 full bed, 2 twin over full bunk beds, and 1 twin bed, there's plenty of space for all guests. Hardwood floors throughout all bedrooms and living areas. Sleeps 15!
This is the perfect space to share with 2-3 families when enjoying the lake or a trip to Cumberland Falls! 1 bathroom is equipped with a tub shower, which is the perfect amenity when traveling with children. And, if traveling with kids, they will enjoy the yard large enough for a game of whiffle ball or kickball.
And did we mention the outdoor entertaining space? 12ft x 24ft covered wood deck sports an 8-person patio table AND an outdoor sectional with ambient string lights. This is a great space to sit and cook dinner on the provided charcoal grill. Relax in the evenings around the fire pit surrounded by Adirondack chairs. Bluetooth soundbar on the deck allows you to connect to your own streaming services and enjoy your favorite music without packing a radio.
Want to hang indoors? No problem! This open floor plan allows your large party to be together in the main living space. The kitchen, dining area, and living room are all open! The kitchen comes fully stocked with pots/pans, utensils, etc... Seating for 8 is available at the kitchen table and 3 barstools at the counter.

Hi! Our names are Brooke and Todd. We live in Northern Kentucky, approximately 40 minutes South of Downtown Cincinnati. We welcome you to our home. We purchased this home and remodeled it to fit our needs of enjoying Laurel Lake with friends and family! We have 3 children who are all now active in extracurricular activities and we cannot make it to the lake as much as we would like. We are opening up our home to others to enjoy the wonderful space while we are unable to. We plan to retire here when we reach that milestone!

Our property it suited for families and friends to all stay together and enjoy each other's company in one space! It is a mix of camping/boating life combined with modern amenities. With AC, showers, WiFi and a washer/dryer it is a modern version of the outdoor life with the grill, fire pit, large yard, parking and deck seating! Camping meets modern luxury!
