Tranquil Beach Escape is the perfect place for a St Petersburg getaway. The condo is beautifully decorated, clean and fully stocked. The beach, downtown and day trips are easy to reach. Jim and Kristie are wonderful hosts. We had great communication and appreciate the basket of treats that welcomed us. We will be back in 2027!

All good our only one thing that was not comfortable at all the beds they were lumpy and that you could tell they just needed to be replaced, but otherwise we thoroughly enjoyed being there

Just had an amazing four-night stay in this awesome condo! We were two couples in St. Pete for a big wedding and wanted a peaceful, relaxing spot with plenty of bedroom privacy. This place totally delivered.The balcony was our absolute favorite part. We had coffee and breakfast out there every single morning. It looks right over a beautiful little white sand beach, and we even spotted dolphins mornings and evenings! You can also see the pool and hot tub from up there, but the whole vibe stays super quiet. The views are just as great at night—the lights on the bridge are magical, and it was so relaxing watching the boats pass by and listening to the shorebirds. (My only regret is forgetting to pack my binoculars!)Jim was an awesome host—super kind, welcoming, and fast to reply. He made check-in and check-out completely smooth and stress-free. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

Beautiful and Relaxing

Very nice place. Grounds are well kept. Pool was very nice. The beach was only good for lounging due to the amount of seaweed.

Relaxing views

We loved the location at Isla del Sol! The condo is beautiful and well kept! If you like to cook ( like we do😊) we recommend bringing a few of your own pans and tools... other than that, it was a perfect stay! Thanks, Jim!! We will be back!

We had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed our time at this apartment. We traveled with our two children, and it was a perfect place for our family. The apartment was very well equipped with everything we needed, and everything was clean, tidy, and well maintained.We were given a very warm and friendly welcome upon arrival, which made us feel at home right away. Throughout our stay, communication with the owner was always very friendly, quick, and helpful. Whenever we had a question, we received a prompt response, making everything smooth and easy.The view over the bay was absolutely breathtaking and one of the highlights of our stay. Every single day, we were able to watch dolphins from our room, which was an unforgettable experience for both us and our children. The pool was always clean, relaxing, and never overcrowded, which made it even more enjoyable.Overall, we had a fantastic vacation and would happily stay here again. We highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable, peaceful, and family-friendly place to stay.

Great, newly renovated condo!

7 day stay at this condo; 2 adults; 2 children. Interior decor all new and high quality. Great view of the pool and waterway and great complex all together. The owner was very responsive and easy to work with throughout the booking process. Couldn't ask for much more! Would definitely stay again. Thanks for a great week in St. Pete!

We were very impressed with this property and would go back again in a heartbeat!

The owner of the property was responsive and easy to work with! He even left a welcome basket of goodies for us, which was a really nice touch! The property was everything he said it would be- beautiful view, clean, spacious, updated- very easy for us to get our things in and out of the car and into the condo. We honestly could not have been happier with the owner, the condo, or the property itself!

Friends Week to Relax

Property was clean… both inside and out. All rooms were spacious along with the balcony. The condo was stocked with everything we needed for the week. Pool, beach and lawn was very nicely kept. We stayed most days at the condo/pool/beach area. Evening trips included Dining, St Pete Pier, Sunken Garden, Pass a Grill. Easy access to all.

Piece and Quiet

If that is what you are looking for, this is it! The room was great, the intercoastal was great, and the view is what you get! Due to the hurricanes the elevators were not working, so good think this room is on the second floor. Getting to the pool was a tricky, but really nice! The owner responded very quickly. Thank you for making our stay great!

Great location

Very nice location and lovely pool. The parking pass had to obtained at a different location which was kinda a hassle. The check in and out had good instructions. The lighting in both bathrooms are poor and additional clothing hooks would be helpful. Wonderful lanai facing the pool and bay. Great turn around communication with owners. Will definitely refer to friends.
