Typical for Broken Bow, the final stretch of road is slightly steep and gravel—most vehicles do just fine, but SUVs/trucks are ideal.

House Rules:

-Quiet time 10:00pm
- 6 person max
- 3 vehicles max
- We are not able to provide late check out or
early check in. Please be sure to vacate the
property by 11:00am on your scheduled day of
departure.
- Pets are not allowed. A fee of $250 per pet will
be charged if you bring a pet.
- Guests are required to sign our rental agreement which will be sent to you after booking.
- Please do not move the rocks in the driveway, they are there to ensure that no one drives over our septic tank. Damage to the septic tank will be charged to the guest.
