About this space
Harbor House is located in the city of Harrisville along the shore of Lake Huron. With beautiful sweeping views of the lake, this property is perfect for relaxing. Sip morning coffee on the deck while watching boats cruise in & out of the harbor and watching the moon rise over the water. Newly renovated mainfloor, kitchen, master bedroom/bath. Walking distance to coffee, ice cream shops, biking, hiking & the beach. Perfect for families with plenty of spacious accomodations.
The space
This is whole house on the lake! The mainfloor has been completely updated for a modern classic experience. Newly updated kitchen with lots of gourmet equipment & cooking gear if that's your thing.
This is a whole house on the lake located just south of the Harrisville Harbor.
The mainfloor is open and spacious with views of the lake from almost every angle. The open floor plan offers plenty of room to spread out and relax while enjoying lake views. Main floor has a master bed/bath, kitchen, dining and living area. Also mudroom and laundry area. There is an attached 2 car garage.
Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms and a full bath.
The large deck off the dining and master bedroom is the perfect setting for sharing meals and relaxing.
There is a gas grill with propane tank to add to your outdoor eating on the deck.
A very large yard for playing games and a feeling of privacy.
There are bikes and beach chairs in the garage to enjoy on the beach and around town. Access to the beach requires a slight hike down the embankment in front of the house and a hike back up. There are no stairs or groomed path.
This is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the view!
Guest access
The entire house and yard is for guests. The house is located on the lake with an embankment which lends itself to incredible views! Access to the beach requires a modest hike down (direclty in front of the house) and a hike back up. There are no stairs or groomed path. If easier access is what you need, there is a lovely public beach at the State Park that is easily accessible, no stairs or a hill to climb and is very close to this property.

A recently updated kitchen with gourmet gear provides all you need to cook and entertain your crew!

Hi, I'm Marie. I live in St Paul, MN with my husband and standard poodle named Pippi. We have 4 grown children and we all love to travel, cook & eat good food and celebrate together. We like hosting because we get to share a property that has brought us lots of joy and memories as a family and believe others will find a similar experience at Harbor House.

The house is located in a quiet small town along the shorline of Lake Huron. It is within walking and biking distance of a sweet coffee & ice cream shop, a beautiful state park and a harbor that also offers concerts, a playground and a farmers market on Saturday mornings. The views of the lake are amazing from almost every room of the house and the scene is light, bright and open. We have had many relaxing days on the deck that start with coffee and trail into lunch. The kitchen, dining and living areas are open and all center around the view of the lake. It's amazing. The neighbors are all very nice and very quiet. We have known them for many years.

The house has been beautifully maintained and recently updated to host families and friends. It's unique position on the lake and in town are coveted. It is very relaxing and rejuvinating to stay at Harbor House becuase of the serenne beauty surrounding and within the house. The east facing position make for amazing sunrises and equally stunning moonrises at night. Their are lake views from nearly every room in the house.
