Cozy retreat is a great couples getaway! Marigold Sunrise Studio Apt can accommodate up to 4 guests.

Ideal for stop overs and vacationers (1-7 days; 7-28 days). Great for Mid-term rentals (28 day+) for travel nurses or other contract workers

Hosts live on-site, ensuring assistance when needed.

Our studio apartment is a large, single room that includes bedroom area, living area, dining area, kitchenette, office workspace, full bathroom, and outdoor patio.

Kitchenette is stocked with apt sized fridge/freezer, convection oven with stovetop, microwave, dishes, pots and pans, crockpot, Keurig coffee pot & single-serve beverages.

Free WiFi.

Living area includes a vast 70" Roku TV. Bring your favorite streaming service login info to make the most use of our TV! Or stream from your phone. Also includes selection of free local and Roku channels that can be watched Live. Additional cozy touches include an electric fireplace and massage chair.

Corner work space: large work table, wifi printer, desk lamp with USB port, and basic office supplies.

Guest has full control of heating and A/C temperature.

Free guest access to host's washer/dryer, detergent and dryer sheets, iron and tabletop ironing board. Laundry facilities are located in shared hallway for your convenience.

Outdoor spaces: pergola patio fire table 4 chairs; designated for guest use. Propane BBQ is available for additional cooking options. Guests are encourage to use the shared outdoor spaces including a gazebo and large backyard (with prior host approval).

If one of your young ones is an infant or toddler, a playpen with bedding can be provided upon request.

- Short hallway to your private apartment (left side)

Shared hallway includes shared laundry facilities and includes host access to their private garage and hosts' home (right side)

- No steps for guests
- Indoor handrail for stability on brief incline
- If guest has mobility challenges, please use caution on outdoor path. A second person may feel free to temporarily park in host's private driveway to reduce the length of walk around to the backyard before guest parks in street parking.

- No Smoking allowed, for guest comfort
- Driveway, attached garage, all outbuildings and backyard deck are private host spaces. Pergola patio designated for guest use. Driveway can be used briefly for unloading, if convenient for guests. Free street parking
- The person who books a stay at our accommodations should, ideally, be one of the guests staying with us. Third party bookings are discouraged but may be approved by the hosts if the booker provides hosts with contact info for the guest and adds them to the reservation. Guest contact information helps to facilitate communication between us, as hosts, and the guests and helps the experience to remain smooth for all.
