Nearby, the dining area and full kitchen are well-suited for daily use, whether you're cooking or sharing a meal. Both bedrooms provide calm, private spaces—ideal for rest and relaxation. With clean finishes, soft tones, and a calm overall feel, this apartment offers a peaceful place to come home to.



Guest Access:

Our apartment is on the 3rd floor and is accessible by stairs only. Guests will have full, private access to the entire 1-bedroom apartment during their stay. This includes the living area, fully equipped kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, and any in-unit amenities.



The Neighborhood:

Located in Cragin neighborhood, our place puts you in a laid-back residential area known for its classic brick bungalows and strong community vibe. The neighborhood offers easy access to parks like Riis Park, plus great local eats such as Sol de Mexico, La Chilangueada, and Central Gyros. You’re also close to shopping along Diversey and Cicero, with convenient transit options nearby. It’s a well-connected, livable area that blends city access with neighborhood charm.



Getting Around:

Situated in Chicago’s Cragin neighborhood, our apartment is well connected to nearby transit options. The Diversey & Long bus stop is a 4-minute walk, while the Diversey & Linder stop is about 7 minutes on foot. For longer commutes, the Hanson Park Metra Station is about a 7-minute drive, providing rail access to both downtown Chicago and the surrounding suburbs.
