Gemütliche & ruhige 1-Zi. Oase

I’m happy to hear you found the apartment clean and nicely decorated, though I’m sorry the cooling setup wasn’t quite what you were looking for. My listing notes—and the photos clearly show—that the unit has a wall AC in the living room and a ceiling fan in the bedroom. I understand that during very hot weather, this setup may not be comfortable for everyone. I’m already working on getting another AC installed to make the space more comfortable for future guests. Your comments help me ensure guests have the right expectations and can enjoy an even better stay moving forward.

We’re sorry to hear about the concerns you experienced during your stay. Our pre-arrival questionnaire and follow-up calls are part of our guest verification process to ensure safety and meet building requirements. We understand this may feel more detailed than usual and will review how we communicate this so it feels clearer and more comfortable for guests. We apologize for the delay at check-in. While our team strives to have every property ready on time, unforeseen circumstances can sometimes cause delays, and we appreciate your patience in that moment. Regarding your report of bed bugs, we take this type of concern extremely seriously. The unit was immediately inspected by a licensed pest control company, and no evidence of bed bugs was found. We also follow strict preventive protocols to ensure the property remains pest-free for all guests. We regret that your experience fell short of expectations and have processed a refund for the unused portion of your stay. Your feedback helps us continue improving our processes for future guests.
