You'll arrive to find the home stocked with toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, a fresh dish sponge, dish and laundry detergent, and all bath essentials, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, and hand soap. Professionally laundered bed linens and bath towels are also provided. Please remember to bring your own beach towels or contact us before your stay for beach towel rental options.

Other Things to Note:

Washer and Dryer is in basement, accessed through rear yard. "Buttercup Belle" is the west-facing half of a duplex, with its own private entrance, yard and space.



The primary renter must be at least 25 years old and must be present at the property for the entire stay.



No Underage or Party Groups: We are unable to accommodate underage groups, including prom weekends, Senior Week, or any large gatherings.



Pet Friendly – Well behaved dogs are welcome with prior approval. A pet fee applies.
