The Space:

Casa Karma is designed for comfort and connection, with a layout that

flows easily between indoor and outdoor living.



Inside, two serene bedrooms offer plush memory foam mattresses: one

with a king bed, the other with a queen. The open-concept living area

connects to a fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove, coffee maker,

blender, and toaster.



Outside is where this home really shines. The large patio features

built-in seating and a dining area perfect for meals under the stars.

A private pool faces a peaceful orchard, with lounge chairs for

sunbathing and an outdoor shower tucked into the tropical gardens.



High-speed mesh Wi-Fi covers the entire property, and dedicated

parking keeps things easy from arrival to departure.



Note: Pool temperature varies naturally with the season and weather.

During Sayulita's cooler months (December through February), the water

may be refreshing rather than warm.



Guest Access:

Guests have full, private access to the entire home, including both

bedrooms, the kitchen, living areas, outdoor patio, pool, lounge

chairs, and outdoor shower.



There is a completely separate unit on the rooftop, but there are no

shared spaces or entrances. Your stay at Casa Karma is entirely

private, with dedicated parking and high-speed Wi-Fi included.



The Neighborhood:

The south end of Sayulita is known for its peaceful, residential

atmosphere. It's just far enough from the bustle of downtown to enjoy

quiet nights, but close enough to walk or ride to the beach, shops,

and restaurants.



The main beach is about a 7-minute walk. You'll find taco stands,

cafes, and surf shops within a 10-minute stroll. The town plaza and

central market area are an easy 12 to 15-minute walk or a quick golf

cart ride.



Surrounded by lush jungle and ocean breezes, the neighborhood offers

the perfect blend of tranquility and convenience.



Getting Around:

Sayulita is a walkable town, and Casa Karma is located in a peaceful area just a short stroll from the beach, shops, and restaurants. While walking is easy and enjoyable, many guests choose to rent a golf cart for added convenience—especially for hills or grocery runs. We don’t recommend driving a full-size car around town, as the streets are narrow and parking is limited.

- Check-in after 3:00 PM / Checkout before 11:00 AM

- Please be mindful of noise after 10 PM out of respect for neighbors

- Street and neighborhood dogs are common in Sayulita and are

generally friendly. This is part of the local charm.
