LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION we are nestled in the perfect area, to have the best of both worlds! As luck would have it, we have a Lewes address and are situated just outside the city limits. Only minutes to Rehoboth as well! This is wonderful news for our guests because as of 1/1/25, they are only required to pay DE State tax (4.5%), and NOT an additional 5% Lewes tax. Compare this to renting in Rehoboth which adds 7% tax!

The unit has an adjustable king bed with ensuite and private access to the balcony.
There is a vanity/desk area for added convenience. The 2 nd bedroom boasts an adjustable queen bed with great water and grassland views! The huge fully stocked
kitchen has stainless-steel appliances and an island with 4 cozy counter stools. There is an additional dining table and seating for 4. There is a full-sized washer/dryer tower tucked away for your use. Our nightly rate includes housekeeping and professionally laundered linens too!
The property is located on Love Creek, in a gated community, with a pool and changing rooms, for your convenience. Steps away you have direct access to crab off the dock and launch your kayak. No kayak, no problem, rentals available nearby. Have a boat, slips are available to rent. It’s a lovely area to stroll around early in the morning or at dusk. You may also catch a glimpse of eagles, blue herons, foxes, and other wildlife, in the grassland behind the property. Imagine yourself relaxing in this serene and tranquil setting with a view of Love Creek, after a great day at the beach or checking out local sites! Don't forget we are only a few miles away from the Cape May-Lewes Ferry you can walk or drive on and visit Lovely Cape May, NJ for the day
