Genießen Sie eine 1914 Quadratmeter große, klimatisierte Villa mit komfortablem und dennoch tropischem Dekor. Die Lage ist perfekt. In weniger als zehn Minuten durch einen grünen Gürtel sind Sie am Poipu Beach. Die Familienküche ist komplett renoviert und das Wohnzimmer verfügt über Plüsch-Sofas, die perfekt zum Entspannen nach einem harten Tag des Wanderns Mahalephu oder Kokee sind. Die Master Suite ist riesig mit einem wunderschönen Bad, wo man in einem beruhigenden Bad nach einem lustigen Tag am Strand verwöhnen kann. Es gibt auch drei weitere Schlafzimmer, die private Häfen für alle anderen bieten, um sich auszubreiten und ihren eigenen Platz zu haben. Die Regency liegt nur wenige Gehminuten vom berühmten Strand von Brennecke entfernt. Ihre Villa befindet sich auch in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Einkaufen, Essen und dem aufregenden Poipu Nachtleben. The condo was easy to find and the grounds were beautiful. We had trouble with the door lock and internet when arriving but they were both fixed and then worked fine after that. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook.

The property was great for our multi-generational family. There was plenty of space and we enjoyed the big table to play games and eat together. Having the washer and dryer was a bonus. I loved our stay. The only complaint we had was the water temperature in the showers was not hot enough. We couldn’t take a hot shower! Other than that everything was great! The location is a short walk to the beaches and some restaurants.

The condo location was perfect to a conference at the Hyatt and to a stroll to the beach. The occupants had their own rooms, space in the house and own bathrooms, all in working order. The kitchen was spacious and in good order. We had a concern with the dryer the was addressed in a timely manner. Would stay there again.

The condo is in a very nice area ! The rooms were a good size, spotless, and well stocked, there was even a washer and dryer with laundry detergent! Beds were comfortable. Quick and excellent communication from the rental staff. We would definitely consider staying here again if we go back to Kauai.

The space was ideal for our family. An abundant supply of beach gear including beach chairs and beach towels made it easy to enjoy our adventure. The kitchen was fairly well stocked and we appreciated having coffee filters (although we could have used a couple more coffee cups). Beds were comfortable and the table was perfect for games and dinners.

This property is in a terrific location that is very convenient to places like Brennecke and Poipu beaches. We walked to both multiple times over the course of our stay. All the other amenities of Poipu and Koloa are a short drive away. The owner was responsive, and the check in and out processes were given in sufficient time and simple to follow. The condo itself is perfect...for the right group. That 4th "bedroom" is actually an open loft area at the top of the stairs on the 2nd floor. It lacks the same privacy of an actual bedroom. Having stayed here, I think this would be a perfect fit for, say, two couples with two kids each. Each level would be very comfortable for such a group. For our party of seven adults, it was slightly less ideal, but the 28 year old who got the loft was good sport.The condo itself is in good repair but could use some minor TLC. There is noticeable and unattractive--we'll call it discoloration--on one of the vents in the bathroom and a similar item or two that could easily be remedied. They are adamant about no shoes inside (not unusual for Hawaii), but there's absolutely nowhere remotely private to place them outside. We carried ours in and put them on the porch. Overall, it was a comfortable condo in a great location. I wouldn't say it was quite the ideal fit for our group, but for others, it certainly could be.

Perfect home in a perfect location

We loved our stay here. The location is close to multiple beaches that can entertain any age group. The only thing I would say is that the parking is not great and ony one car is allowed in a pretty tight space. The manager of the property checked in to make sure things were going well and the house was generously stocked especially with anything you might need for the beach. We would definitely stay here again!

Convenient and Quite Location

Lovely family friendly rental

Our spacious rental was perfect for our family and walking distance to the beach. The location was convenient to many activities on the island, shopping and restaurants. We would love to stay here again in the future. Aloha and mahalo for the memories!
