In weniger als zehn Minuten durch einen grĂŒnen GĂŒrtel sind Sie am Poipu Beach. Die FamilienkĂŒche ist komplett renoviert und das Wohnzimmer verfĂŒgt ĂŒber PlĂŒsch-Sofas, die perfekt zum Entspannen nach einem harten Tag des Wanderns Mahalephu oder Kokee sind. Die Master Suite ist riesig mit einem wunderschönen Bad, wo man in einem beruhigenden Bad nach einem lustigen Tag am Strand verwöhnen kann. Es gibt auch drei weitere Schlafzimmer, die private HĂ€fen fĂŒr alle anderen bieten, um sich auszubreiten und ihren eigenen Platz zu haben. Die Regency liegt nur wenige Gehminuten vom berĂŒhmten Strand von Brennecke entfernt. Ihre Villa befindet sich auch in unmittelbarer NĂ€he zum Einkaufen, Essen und dem aufregenden Poipu Nachtleben. The space was ideal for our family. An abundant supply of beach gear including beach chairs and beach towels made it easy to enjoy our adventure. The kitchen was fairly well stocked and we appreciated having coffee filters (although we could have used a couple more coffee cups). Beds were comfortable and the table was perfect for games and dinners.

The condo is in a very nice area ! The rooms were a good size, spotless, and well stocked, there was even a washer and dryer with laundry detergent! Beds were comfortable. Quick and excellent communication from the rental staff. We would definitely consider staying here again if we go back to Kauai.

This home is lovely and close to Poipu Beach. The management team was responsive and readily shared information. Please note that this home is a second floor home, meaning you must go up two flights of stairs (about 15 total) to enter the home. This caught me off-guard because the home is listed as accessible. It worked out fine for my partner (who has accessibility issues), but someone in a wheelchair would likely have trouble accessing this home.

Perfect home in a perfect location

We loved our stay here. The location is close to multiple beaches that can entertain any age group. The only thing I would say is that the parking is not great and ony one car is allowed in a pretty tight space. The manager of the property checked in to make sure things were going well and the house was generously stocked especially with anything you might need for the beach. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful family trip

The property was just as advertised, wonderfully close to the beach and easy to navigate. Compared to other rental properties I have stayed in, it was extremely clean. The property managers are very quick to respond to any questions, even over email. The check in/out process is very easy as they provide a lot of explanation. I will note that the parking for this unit is in the corner of the lot, something to consider if you have a very large rental vehicle. We had a Jeep and did not have any issues. The condo is very well stocked with any cooking utensils/pots/pans you may need and includes ample beach accessories as well. The balcony area stays nice and cool during the day due to the shade despite the hot temperatures outside. Overall we had a wonderful stay and it was a great place for our older and younger relatives.

Worked perfectly for our family

The property was located in an area close to shopping, food and beaches in Poipu. It was clean and appears like the pictures. We did have trouble figuring out the tv (remote didn’t work) but we didn’t miss it

Perfect for families

Our visit included my husband and I, our oldest daughter and son-in-law and our 1 yr old grandson, and our two teenage daughters. The villa was spacious and perfect for our needs. The balconies are perfect for morning coffee or evening chats. The kitchen had everything we needed for in house meals. Location was perfect, close to beaches and shopping. We would absolutely stay here again.

Location great. Accommodations were just okay. Maintenance person just walked in one day without knocking or inquiring if anyone was in the unit. Caught our grandaughter off guard. Had to call maint several times to remedy slow draining of tub in upper level. Same with toilet. We ended up having to take a plunger to it several times. Stairwell going up to the unit was not clean when we arrived and stayed that way until we left. Great unit with good amenities but the cleanliness of the area left something to be desired.

Lovely family friendly rental

Amazing Poipu Condo!

We thoroughly enjoyed everything about this amazing condo. We were a group of 8 adults, there was room for everyone to spread out and enjoy the 9 nights that we stayed. Communication with the property manager was excellent, they were quick to respond to all of our questions. The condo is located on the Greenbelt, a short walk to several wonderful beaches. There is also a great pool and hot tub available for guests use. There is a grill located right downstairs from the condo, we used it for several dinners. The grill is cleaned/serviced daily by the condo association's maintenance crew. We will definitely plan to stay in this condo again the next time we plan a trip to Kauai.

Great location! We enjoyed our stay! Having the barbecue at the bottom of the staircase was so nice, we grilled many dinners. Access to the pool was fabulous and needed for those that don't really enjoy the sandy beaches. It was great to have beach chairs and a couple of boogie boards provided during the stay. For future guests who are bringing young children, I might suggest providing a fold-up wagon for ease of transporting beach chairs, boards and other necessities for the walk to the beach. I imagine this would be SO appreciated by your guests. We would definitely rent again. Mahalo!

Convenient and Quite Location
