Large, family friendly, 3 bedroom villa on a 800m2 plot. Very central location, but the street is quiet. The villa is build in a classic style with a lot of wood and a large garden space, but has been renovated. It has a large living room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms with AC, 3 bathrooms with each their own toilet and shower, TV, fast internet, large sofa, washing machine, dining area, pool, trampoline and a beautiful veranda.
The villa is approximately 200m2, located on a spacious piece of land of 800m2. Perfect with children. The villa is surrounded by a large garden and lots of greenery. The street is quiet and in general there isn’t a lot of noise. The spaces:
- private parking for 1 car / several scooters
- large garden with trampoline and lots of greenery
- swimming pool
- lots of privacy
- 3 spacious bedrooms. 2 bedrooms have a double bed, 1 bedroom has two single beds.
- each bedroom has its own bathroom with shower and toilet.

The villa is in the heart of Berawa, one of the most in demand areas of Canggu, Bali. It is situated at a dead end road with no traffic and no noise. The beach, cafes, restaurants, shops, clubbing, laundry, massages, everything is nearby. The villa is an oasis with green all around.

The villa is quietly located. It is not on a busy street. There are no construction works so you can really relax in this villa both during the day and in the evening.
Everything is included: cleaning, electricity, garden and pool maintenance, drinking water.
The villa is a very complete, large and homely villa. We have tried to make it as pleasant as possible for our guests and provide many amenities in the house.
Spacious kitchen with dining table, lounge area with television, three bedrooms with a double bed / twin bed and each with its own bathroom with toilet. Each bedroom has a large wardrobe in which you can hang and put everything. Outside there is a swimming pool with outdoor shower. If you have a lot of stuff with you, there is a storage room. In the villa there are children's supplies such as; a baby bed, trampoline, high chair and toys. We can also arrange a pool fence (for an additional cost). Please indicate in advance if the children's supplies are required, so that we can prepare them for you.
Kitchen, living room and bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans + air conditioning. The living room has a large table with electricity nearby where you can work comfortably.
