• A shared sparkling saltwater pool right outside your door— always welcoming for a splash or some sunbathing
• Gated private parking and plenty of space to make yourself at home
• Covered private patio for outdoor dining and hangout with your friends by the green garden
* Roof top yoga deck for your workout or sit with your friends to enjoy a stunning sunset and the lush view.
• Two outdoor showers, one of which has both hot and cold water.
• Walking distance to the river and the beach, a spot where sometimes it’s your own private beach with no one else there!
