This beautifully renovated home is located in a tranquil area in Lake In The Hills, IL! It features 1,744 square feet, with hardwood floors throughout, and has 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The first bedroom has a king-size bed and the remaining 2 bedrooms both feature queen-size beds. There are stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, along with lots of cookware and utensils for preparing family meals with ease.
This is a single-family home with a large, fenced yard and a spacious driveway leading up to a 2-car garage!
The home features 4 LCD TV's w/ access to the following streaming services: Netflix and Prime Video (your login), Hulu, Disney, and ESPN. The living room has a 55" TV w/ a soundbar, and all bedrooms feature a 40" TV. The internet speed in the home is 150 Mbps and there is an Ethernet hard line available for use, if needed.
There are also playing cards and board games available to keep your family entertained!
The home is family-friendly, includes 1 air mattress for an additional sleeping option, and is equipped with other essentials that parents of young ones often need, such as a stroller, booster seat, pack & play, and a highchair.
If the home has a fireplace, it is not for guest use.
