• The building has an elevator; however, there is a short flight of stairs (6–8 steps)
required to access it
• Pack ’n Play and high chair are available upon request
• The pool is not heated
• Please follow all posted pool rules and guidelines
• Children must be supervised at all times in pool areas
• The Myrtle Beach Boardwalk is approximately 3–4 miles (about a 10-minute drive) south of the condo

Parking

• One dedicated parking space assigned to the unit
• Please only park in the assigned space to avoid towing
• Additional first-come, first-served parking available in the front brick area
• No motorcycles, trailers, golf carts, RVs, or oversized vehicles allowed

Booking & Occupancy:
-The primary renter must be 25 years or older and must be present at the property for the duration of the stay.
-Maximum occupancy: 6 guests

• No smoking anywhere on the property, including inside the home, balcony, and
pool/common areas
• No parties or events allowed
• No pets allowed
