My family enjoyed the lovely home, it’s many amenities and spacious enough for our family of 16. The location was excellent near almost everything that included the museums, grocery stores, restaurants and just minutes away from downtown Cleveland.

The size of the house was perfect for our needs. We were a group of three families coming from all different places so it worked out well. The basement was great for hanging out. The pool table was great!

Location is great, and neighborhood seems safe, which is one of the reasons we chose this house. Gathering spaces were nice for our group of 9. House in general, linens & surfaces appeared to be clean. Although we soon determined the kitchen floor was not clean. For a house that sleeps up to 25 people, the kitchen is not very functional. For example, the amount of silverware can only serve 4-5 people, If you wanted to cook a big meal for a group, it would be difficult. The gas stovetop only had one functional burner knob. The dishwasher, while functional, was falling apart. The house overall needs a lot of repairs and maintenance! Notably, one of the two staircases was missing part of the railings which is definitely a safety issue. Fortunately, we didn’t have young children or elderly folks in our party. Most of the beds were comfortable. One had a mattress that was much too soft and no one wanted to sleep on it. We enjoyed the pool table and big screen TVs. The washer and dryer were functional. Our party had three vehicles and the garage, driveway and parking was good. Climate control was satisfactory. The only access to the house is via the entrance to the kitchen, off of the driveway. All other exterior doors are permanently locked and cannot be utilized. Not sure how that would work in the case of a fire. Overall, photos in the listing look much better than what we experienced in reality. Maybe these photos were taken several years ago. Disappointing.

We stayed here with a large group and really appreciated how spacious the home was. It worked well for a mix of ages and needs, with plenty of room to sleep, relax, and spend time together. Plenty of entertainment was already provided. The beds were comfortable, there were plenty of extra pillows and bedding, and the house was well-stocked with utensils and paper towels. Overall, the space itself was great for a group our size. However, cleanliness was a concern. The floors were quite dirty (our feet turned black), there was popcorn left in one of the beds, and we noticed dust and debris under furniture. It didn’t feel like the home had been thoroughly cleaned before we arrived. I brought this up with host and it sounds like it will be looked into, hopefully that won't be an issue for anyone else. We also ran into a few maintenance and supply issues. One bathroom was out of shampoo, and there wasn't enough toilet paper. We contacted the host and more supplies were dropped off in time, which we appreciated. The location was good, and with better cleaning and attention to a few details, this could be a great stay for large groups! We had a fantastic time and would consider staying again. Thank you!
