As an alternative there is a fan to supply. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. -Dear guest, at the end of your visit, please make sure to leave the access cards inside the apartment, in case of loss or damage, a replacement will be charged. Your help is very important to us, thank you very much! The cleaning fee covers pre- and post-stay cleaning; it does not include any cleaning or laundry services during your stay. The displayed nightly rate is the base price, which includes 1 to 5* guests. For additional guests, there will be an extra cost of approximately $20* USD per person per night. The accommodation has a capacity of 6, as indicated in the listing. Please note that Airbnb does not count children and infants within the capacity, but the condo does. Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards. It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation. We remind you that the check-in time is from 4pm to 6pm as we have to receive you in person, if you arrive outside this time there will be an extra charge ($600.00 mxn from 6pm to 10 pm, $800.00 mxn from 10 pm onwards we need at least 50% of the total number of guests to check in). If you need to check in after these hours please contact your host. Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host. Only reservations with more than 7 nights will be allowed access to the pool area.
