The upper-level loft-style bedroom features a cozy queen bed, an inviting electric fireplace, and a Roku TV for relaxed evenings. For additional sleeping space, a single futon is also available upstairs.

On the main level, the spacious eat-in kitchen is thoughtfully equipped with everything you need, including a compact gas stove, microwave, refrigerator, and single-serve coffee maker to start your mornings right.

Step outside to enjoy the fresh mountain air in the outdoor seating area, complete with a charcoal grill and picnic space—perfect for warm-weather gatherings and scenic dining.

During your stay, you’ll enjoy exclusive access to the entire cottage and its thoughtfully curated amenities. This includes all bedrooms, living spaces, the fully equipped kitchen, and every feature designed to enhance your comfort and relaxation.

The property features a shared driveway with a neighboring cabin located at the front, but rest assured, you’ll have full privacy and access to everything within your cottage retreat.

Other things to note
For a seamless check-in experience, you'll receive a unique code via message along with your check-in instructions on the morning of your arrival. You'll use this code for keyless entry.

We've also prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.

Wildlife is abundant in the area around the cabin. You may see deer, elk, bear, coyotes, bugs and more. While it's beautiful scenery, please keep your distance from any animals you encounter.

Colorado weather can range significantly. While often lovely, the area is prone to harsher weather with storms and wind, and can receive heavy snowfall during winter months.

Cell phone reception in the area varies by carrier. The cabin wifi signal is strong and can accommodate house guests and streaming devices.

A Bear-proof metal dumpster is located near the driveway for your convenience. For safety purposes, please ensure all trash is put in the bins and properly secured. Trash left outside will be accessed by wildlife, and may cause damage or spread garbage as a result.

Please be respectful of neighbors with noise levels.

FIRE RESTRICTIONS: Wild fires are common in CO, so we require all guests to check local fire restrictions before using the fire pit and grill. We require that local fire restrictions are honored out of safety for our guests, the forest and nearby wildlife. Violation of this rule may result in immediate termination of your reservation.

SMOKING: Smoking in accordance with Colorado law is permitted outside. There is no smoking anything (tobacco, marijuana, vaping) inside the home - loss of deposit will occur.

WINTER: The home is open and accessible year round, but the last 3 miles are via dirt roads that are well maintained by the county and plowed after snow. Please make sure you are travelling in an appropriate vehicle, especially in the wintertime.
