- All check-ins and check-outs will be done at the P10 Holiday Homes Area, where our team will assist you.
- Please note that the main building lobby is reserved for residents and hotel guests only.
📋 Guest Registration (Before Arrival)
- As required by Dubai’s tourism regulations, all guests must be registered before check-in:
- Provide full names of all guests, including children.
- Submit a passport or Emirates ID copy for each guest.
- Access cards will only be issued once all required IDs are submitted.
🚘 Parking Policy
- A specific parking spot will be assigned for the unit you booked.
- Guests must provide the vehicle description including:
1. Color
2. Make/Model
3. License Plate Number
- This is required for both building documentation and internal records.
🚭 No Smoking Indoors
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment and common indoor areas.
- Smoking is only allowed in designated outdoor areas.
- Violations will result in:
AED 500 building management fine, and house rules violation fee
🗑️ Garbage Disposal
- Please do not leave trash in hallways or outside the apartment.
- Use the Garbage Room located on the same floor (opposite apartment Series 17).
Violations will result in:
- AED 1,000 fine from building management, and house rules violation fee
🔐 Lost Access Cards or Keys
- Lost cards or keys will incur:
- AED 300 replacement fee, and house rules violation fee
- Please keep them secure throughout your stay.
🧺 Linen & Towels
- Kindly treat all linens, towels, and bedding with care.
- Misuse, staining, or damage will result in additional cleaning/replacement charges plus the House Rules violation fee.
🛑 No Parties or Loud Noise
- Please respect quiet hours and neighboring residents.
- Parties, loud music, and disruptive gatherings are not allowed at any time.
🐾 No Pets Allowed
- Unfortunately, Pets are not permitted in the property.
🚫 No Illegal Activities
- Any illegal activities will be reported to Dubai Police and result in immediate eviction without a refund.

- Registered guests have access to the swimming pool, gym, and other shared amenities.
- Please follow all posted facility rules and use them respectfully.

The deposit will be refunded in full after check-out, provided there are no damages, violations, or missing items.
