Gut: Sauberkeit, Check-in und Lage
This home sits in a quiet neighborhood that was easily accessible to the beach & Disney. The home is beautifully updated & decorated & the pool in the back was a fantastic in the afternoon. I believe we were one of the first guests to stay & so I hope they are working out kinks. There were issues that prevent me from giving a 5 star review. Communication was difficult. I didn’t receive checkin information until the day before my stay & only because I messaged the owner & then called vrbo. The address vrbo gives you once you book was a different address than the actual address. We checked out early and I asked for checkout instructions. They said they’d send them but didn’t so we left doing our best but not knowing if we did everything the host wanted. There was plumbing issues-a toilet overflowed and water came up from the drain of the showers, we reached out and they asked us to pry open something to get hair from a drain which we didn’t feel comfortable doing so they sent a plumber out. There also were electrical issues -the breaker kept flipping if you had the microwave and oven on at the same time and the bedroom ceiling lights didn’t work when we arrived (they knew about this issue and had an electrical there to fix it the next day). The listing doesn’t say but they charge 50/day to heat the pool which felt wrong since it wasn’t advertised and high compared to other pools in the area. They also had an ant problem and had traps out and the Simpson game didn’t work.
