Welcome to your perfect escape in the serene and sought-after Planets area of Venus Bay. Nestled among native wildlife and coastal charm, this brand-new, modern home offers everything you need for a relaxing and comfortable getaway.
Step inside this brand new 3 bedroom home, to find huge double doors to let in the sea breeze, stylish, contemporary interiors and an open-plan layout designed for easy living. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, and everything you need to cook up a storm. There are three bedrooms—a king, a queen, and a single with a trundle—plus a single sofa bed.
With two toilets, a laundry with washing machine, and thoughtful touches throughout, the home is ideal for families, couples, or friends.
Entertainment is sorted with an LED flatscreen TV, unlimited high-speed NBN Wi-Fi, and access to your favourite streaming services—just log in and enjoy. There's also a library of books for both adults and children, plus a great selection of board games, toys, and family-friendly activities to keep everyone entertained, rain or shine.
In the cooler months, curl up beside the beautiful woodburner, creating the perfect cosy atmosphere after a day of adventuring or beachcombing. There's also a beautiful Fire pit for those who just can't get enough of the great outdoors. Check out the suburb sunsets, whilst keeping your toes warm!
Outside, an expansive deck invites you to unwind with a drink, listen to the breeze through the gums, and watch the birds flutter by.
