Located in eclectic Candler Park a block from vibrant Little Five Points and adjacent to several historic neighborhoods, you're in one of the most walkable parts of town just a few blocks to the great walking and biking trails (PATH and Beltline) your gateway to urban exploration. Live music on weekends is common and you can listen to it on the front or back porches. Within minutes of our house, we have two record stores, several great music venues, such as the Variety, the best beer bar in the country, a natural foods store, theaters, several coffee shops, way too many vape and tattoo shops and lots of great food options. The house also has a basement apartment (i.e., Little Five Lair) that accommodates 2 additional guests. You may rent the main house with or without also renting the basement apartment.

Noise: L5P often has music festivals, street performers, and other events that you might hear from the unit. Quiet hours at the house begin at 10:00 PM.
Parties & Events: We do not allow parties or events. Violations may result in a fee, cancellation of your reservation, and/or police being contacted.
Smoking: Smoking or vaping of any kind is not permitted indoors. A fee will apply for any violations.
Pets: Only pre-approved pets are allowed with a pet fee (i.e., message host to get approval prior to booking).
Security: Exterior security cameras are in place to monitor all parking areas. Please do not keep any valuables in your car.
