Great Family Beach House. Nähe zur Stadt und mit Hund.

Dies ist ein großes, komfortables Haus mit 3 Schlafzimmern. Das Haus ist nur einen kurzen Spaziergang zum Strand ein Minuten oder Geschäfte zu speichern. Mit einem großen Wohnzimmer und eine Küche für alle Mahlzeiten. Wir haben das erste Schlafzimmer Setup mit einem Queen-Bett, 2. Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett, 3. ist ein Doppelbett. Unsere oben Bonus Zimmer verfügt über ein Twin Daybed auch wir ein Twin Trundle Bett da oben haben. Ein großes Wohnzimmer hat ein brandneues Schlafsofa Queen-Size. Wir haben WiFi, Telefon und Kabel-TV zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet für Hausmannskost. Ein Grill ist vorgesehen, auch für Sie zu kochen. Wir haben eine komplett eingezäunten Hinterhof. Sehr geeignet für die Tiere zum Toben. Wir verfügen über eine Waschmaschine und Trockner für Ihren Einsatz, wenn nötig. Sie können in den Wind blockiert Garage Abhängen. Sie können die Dusche in der Garage, wenn Sie von Crabbing oder Fischen zurückkommen oder eine Menge Gast haben. Wir werden auf diese Weise einen Warmwasserbereiter haben für beide Bäder Vergessen Sie nicht, der Strand ist ein 2m zu Fuß von unserer Haustür ist. Sie können zu Hause hier in unserem Strandhaus fühlen. Hören Sie sich die Wellen brechen sich am Strand vom Strandhaus. Diesen Ort unser Gast genießen Sie so viel wie wir. Also kommen Sie und unsere sauberen netten Ort am Strand zu genießen. Es ist nah an der netten Stadt Bandon und speichert. Very clean and well stocked with all kitchen items. Second bedroom in the garage is a little inconvenient but still useful. Close proximity to the beach. No view but very walkable. Comfortable furniture

The house is more spacious than it appeared on the site. The furnishings are quite comfortable and the kitchen space quite useful. The decor is very beachy. We had a grandtime.

I've stayed here many times and it's always excellent. Cosy house with fenced yard so my dog can run free. Love being so close to the ocean. Already planning my next visit in November.

Perfect stay

Absolutely amazing location. 12 min drive to the best golf resort in the world, walking distance to a great local restaurant and the beach. House was perfect myself and three friends. Great communication up to and during the trip with hosts. They even put up some birthday decorations for me! Much appreciated and highly recommended.

Perfect Weekend

We had a lovely time. The house was as advertised and very dog friendly. We were able to walk to "Circles in the Sand", our reason for visiting Bandon. We agreed the house was perfect and we would stay there again when visiting Bandon.

Best place to stay

Have stayed here many times and always wonderful. This home is lovely and just across the street from the ocean. Love having the doggie door so my dog can go in and out anytime. Highly recommend to anyone.

Great location!

The house is a short walk from the stairs to the beach, county park and city park. Short drive (or walk) to downtown restaurants and shops. Thanks for being dog friendly, they enjoyed the fenced back yard.

Wonderful Location

This location was outstanding. Like advertised, a two minute walk to the beach with sea stacks, and a very short drive to Old Bandon. House was clean, private, well equipped and comfortable.

Sweet Home

It is a great location, comfy beds and plenty of things to keep you busy. However it wasn’t the best house for our crew….as we are, elderly. So the additional beds were of no use to any of use. If the stairs had any sort of railings, we might have fought over who got to sleep up there. But we all are past the age to manage those stairs. Too bad as I did go up and it is a cute area. We didn’t have a problem with the bathroom in the garage…..actually liked the bathtub better that the one inside. Again….better choice as it does have a bar you can use for a little extra stability. I should also mention that the front room furniture was very attractive and quite comfortable. We had a lot of conversation about your mammoth coffee table. The glossy top is a work of art! We had some issue with all your little throw rugs….didn’t seem necessary and are famous in our age group as tripping hazards. Yeah, our ages come into play again. One other thing we noticed is so much of the things such as spices, condiments and such are quite outdated. I was sorely tempted to do a clearing out for you….but decided I would be overstepping usual boundaries. So just a quick mention. I do not mean to sound critical as we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thanks again for helping me cope with my first go at getting everything arranged. Enjoy your life, Dixie

Excellent location

Such a nice location with easy access to the stairs to the beach. You have a view from the front windows of the ocean and can hear it in when outside. Very peaceful! Really appreciated all the kitchen extras, easy to cook in. Great backyard is a nice place to sit and relax. The furniture in the living room was big and comfy. Overall a terrific vacation and great host.

The location was perfect, the house was roomy, comfortable, and had everything our family needed to makeour stay so much fun. Close to the beautiful beach ( one short block away), a block from a wonderful park, close to shopping and old town Bandon, I give this house 5 stars. This rental gave us quick access to the beach, which was what we wanted. The kitchen is well appointed and there was a lot of space in the living room for hanging out, doing puzzles, etc. Thanks for having us!

Cozy, sweet little house

Super comfortable and cozy house! The house had everything we needed. Close to shopping close to the adventures that we took. Love the wild animal park! We couldn’t have asked for a nicer place to stay!

Close to the beautiful beach

The house was the perfect size for six people. We did have a line up at the bathroom because there is only one. The beach was just a short walk away and we enjoyed going to it a couple times each day.

Great Beach House

If you like the beach , surf and tide pools, this is the place. You can walk everywhere. Circles in the sand were a special treat! Property manager was the best we’ve worked with!

Homey and inviting

This was a great home in an awesome location. The kitchen was very well equipped. The house is roomy for a group. I loved having a fenced backyard to let the dogs run. Also the beach is a block away and it is amazing!

So when He first purchased the Beach House his thought was to try and retire here someday. It use to be a rental. But it is hard to come and enjoy ourselves when the house is occupied with tenants. So the "Vacation Rental By Owner" sounded like a way we can have our family and friends and folks like you get enjoy our Beach Home. We know you will have a great time in Bandon . It is a quaint little town that you can feel at home . Whether you are strolling the shops in town or walking the beach or golfing one of the many courses there will be something for everyone to do. Everyone loves Bandon.

Location ,Location ,Location! Sits a block away from the beach that is famous for its rock formations. The walking paths around Coquille Point offer views of the coast and the Coquille Lighthouse. We just love all the different beaches and their easy access. Bullard's, Face Rock, Seven Devils. These are just a few . All of the town events like 4th of July, Cranberry festival, Christmas light on the Boardwalk are a delight to see. Don't forget the golf in this town. Any time of year is time to come to Bandon . Some like the cooler summer some like the winter storms . The festivals are always fun events to attend. Whatever your likes you can find it here in our little town of Bandon . Check out our Beach House and see if it fits your needs . We have a great spot with nothing too fancy so we are a great for most family and friends . Our old House is unique so you might find some faults to overlook. We are not perfect , we are in progress of improving all the time . If you want High End features we are not for you .

He fell in love with this home for it's location and spacious living with peeks of the ocean. From the doorstep to the Beach is a two minute walk ! That alone is enough for me to stay . The bonus room is a fun space . Bonus Room has board games and books for the kids. Along with 3 twin beds . 3 queen beds downstairs along with a Double bed . We have One parking spot for a Car in the garage. Plenty of additional parking out front for RV's and other vehicles, boats, trailers, etc.. We also have a fenced in backyard for your best friends or the [four legged ones ] Large house for family and friends at a great price . Quite Unique indeed but not perfect yet .
