I'm sorry to hear the other furniture wasn't as comfortable as you'd hoped and that the water pressure was significantly lower than expected — that's definitely not the experience we want guests to have. We'll be looking into the plumbing right away to improve the water flow for future stays. Regarding the pond, we do our best to keep it stocked, but fish activity and water levels can vary with the season and weather; I appreciate you noting that it felt shallower than anticipated.
