Welcome to The Golden Lanai!
This 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo is in the beautiful, gated community of The Waterfront at Golden Isles Marina where you are surrounded by stunning views! The location is ideal for easy on/off island access and close to the beach, shopping, restaurants, the Pier area and so much more!
Enjoy the views from a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and living room, plus a spacious balcony set off from both the master bedroom and living area. Start each day with an island sunrise and each evening with the sun setting on boats in the harbor.
Amenities include a laundry room with full-size washer/dryer, a gas fireplace, Smart TVs and wireless internet access. A community pool, fish cleaning nook and gas grill. Parking is available in the covered garage. There is also an elevator to take you to each floor.
The dining room table seats 4 comfortably and space for 2 more at the kitchen island. The living room features an extra-large 52" TV, relaxing furniture, and large window boasting waterfront and marsh views. The master has a 42" smart TV and en suite featuring a garden tub and walk in shower. The first guest room also has a 32" smart Tv and also has an en suite with a tub/shower combination. The second guest room features two twin beds and has a 32" smart TV. There is a full bathroom just out side of the twin room with a tub/shower combination.
The adjoining marina has casual/fine dining for lunch and dinner -- not to mention a generous happy hour! -- with outdoor seating overlooking the water. Many activities are available at the marina including boat rentals and fishing. The heart of St. Simons is just around the corner, with the Pier Village a 5-minute drive away and the main beach just beyond that, only 3.5 miles from the condo. Great opportunities for walking, biking, and exploring abound!
