This condo has an open kitchen and living room with views of the Folly river. The living room has a large couch and Smart TV, perfect for slow evenings. The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances, including a dishwasher. The screened porch expands across the back of the condo with access from the living room and master bedroom. Both bedrooms have king beds for sweet dreams. There are two full bathrooms, one including a tub. There is an in unit washer/dryer to add ease to extended vacations.

The neighborhood has a gated entrance and 1 gate access card is provided. This community prohibits motorcycles or boat trailers and smoking on the property. Serenity Folly Beach does not allow pets. Please note, the tennis courts are closed for repairs. While we manage this property we do not manage the maintenance of this building. All photos are current and accurately depict the property.
